Chicken Fire is FIREEEE!!! The very first day I arrived, I was greeted immediately by Kevin with genuinity, enthusiasm, and love. He was open to answering any questions and answered respectfully. The music is always a vibe just like every worker. The chicken is literally the best chicken I have ever had! It’s juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned and delicious.

Kevin, our server, was incredibly informative about the menu and truly a great asset to the company! The food was absolutely delicious, and I would highly recommend dining here. Just keep in mind that their spice level is a bit more intense than other places — so plan accordingly. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We tried Chicken Fire in Orlando and absolutely loved it. We ordered the chicken with no heat, and while it truly wasn’t spicy at all, it was incredibly flavorful—exactly how they describe it: soulful, not spicy. They offer heat levels ranging from no heat all the way to extra extreme spicy, which is great for everyone, whether you love spice or avoid it like we do.
The crinkle-cut seasoned fries are seriously the move. Perfectly crispy, perfectly seasoned, and so good. We didn’t try the spicy fries since we don’t like heat, but if they’re anything like the regular ones, I’m sure they’re amazing.
The chicken tenders were huge, juicy, and perfectly coated—fried to a crunchy, golden crisp. Not spicy at all, just like we asked, and packed with flavor. Exactly what we were hoping for.
The staff was extremely nice, and I really appreciated the tablet ordering system at the front and the text notification when your order is ready—super easy and efficient.
Located near downtown Orlando by the Mills 50 District, this place is a hidden gem. The shopping center might not look like much, but trust me—you’re going to want to eat here. The menu is very reasonably priced, with tons of options, whether you want a full box or just individual tenders.
We will definitely be coming back. If you’re in Orlando, don’t skip this spot.

Traveling from Iowa, we are fans of daves hot chicken and decided to check this place out. Extremely welcoming when entering, David said he’s our host and broke down the menu, the food was quick and hot. And it was delicious, I personally believe its a lot more fresh and flavorful than daves. Great place, great experience.

Came here for the first time, I personally thought that it was great. Fries was seasoned really well, tenders were awesome. The lady at the front was great with her service as well, very friendly and ready to assist as well as the other server. Would definitely come again if I’m ever around the area again.

Visited Chicken Fire after reading all the great reviews. I enjoyed my meal, it was very tasty and the Customer service was AWESOME, I thought that the chicken sandwich should have two tenders it was way more bread than chicken. I had the Mild chicken and it had the right amount of heat, delicious.Also I liked the music, but it was really LOUD! Maybe bringing down the volume a couple of clicks makes it easier to communicate and talk. With that said I highly recommend and look forward to going back.Thank you!

Not overly impressed. I ordered the Fire Box, the togo box was ice cold and I ate it inside the establishment. That was the first red flag. Open the box to find about 1lb of ice cold coleslaw piled on top of what should have been hot fries and tenders. Dug through the slaw to find one tender chopped up and less fries than my friend got with his sandwich (approximately 10 fries). Everything was cold and soggy, to the point there was coleslaw liquid covering the bottom of the box, I couldn’t eat it. Fried chicken and French fries I like hot and crispy, that could have been achieved if you put the slaw on bottom. Can’t comment on the flavor of anything because the coleslaw over powerd everything and had that Elmer’s Glue taste. Pictures of the boxes or better descriptions would be helpful for first time customers.
