i mean seriously??? We asked for LESS cabbage and onion in the chow mein since this location decides to cook it that way! Avoid this location at ALL costs unless you want your chow mein to have a lot of cabbage and onion! It’s so dumb that they get bad reviews about this and don’t CHAGE their ways. What a shame!

This place usually is pretty good but lately it’s been long waits both dine in and take out.
Almost every time I order a premium “upgrade” protein choice they short me and just add more noodles or rice to fill the space.
When dining in they rarely have the menu items ready and you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes for one item.
Seems like they could use better time management.

They were super busy so I thought the food would be fresh, hot and delicious but I wasn’t impressed. Rice was over cooked and mushy, found a bone when eating sesame chicken and tons of inedible steak pieces in my pepper steak. Then they dropped my order of spring rolls on the floor and tried to still sell them to me. Wouldn’t go back to this location….

I used to come here a lot but lately it hasn’t been often. It used to be good and the food was always perfect but lately it hasn’t. Tonight the rice was over cooked and very mushy, felt like I was kinda eating mashed potatoes. I barely got orange chicken on my plate, looked like they gave me more of broccoli beef. I also ordered veggie springs roll, I wasn’t aware that they had to make more until after I paid or else I wouldn’t have taken it. I live less than 5 mins from there and my veggie spring rolls were over cook and by the time I got home they were crunchy and too hard to eat.

Probably the best experience i have had at a panda express got the teriyaki grilled chicken and cheese ragoons ♂️ everything was fresh staff was professional 15/15 bathrooma were nice tables clean floors clean felt bad for the workers it was really loud in there trying to talk to them to bad there isnt electronic ear muffs to protect their hearing desighned for the kitchen environment but besides that water tasted great everything looked well taken care of 1:50pm feb/26/2026

This place has been changing over the last 2 years and I’ve said before that I won’t go back… but this visit crossed a line, and i absolutely will not go back again! We got 2 plates with chow mein only, orange chicken, and string bean chicken. And the joke was on me when we saw that the chow mein noodles… are now just cabbage and onion! You could count the noodles in both plates on your hand! And then they put that stuff under the meat compartment also, making it look like you got the normal amount of meat… until you start eating! These cabbage and onion plates cost me $22! And that has zero to do with inflation! That’s deliberate wrong doing, and lack of respect for customers! So my money can be spent better than this! There are still places where chow mein is based on noodles, and prices based on quality!

Panda is making it very clear they are trying to screw customers by cutting corners. We got 2 plates here and it was 21.52 with all chow-main on both, but what we got was all cabbage and onion covered in oil. We will not be back, and I know there is a lack of Chinese restaurants in town, but just go to Mandarin…

As usual Panda Express did a great job. It was our first time at this location in Hurricane Utah, and the food and service was excellent. No matter what location you go to, the food is consistently very tasty and the service pleasant and efficient. The meals are fairly priced and Great value. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the chairs had a rubber foot to lower the noise on the tile floor. Other than that Great job Panda Express
