I was craving some Panda Express and their orange chicken so I went here. Their service was good and the people were nice, but their orange chicken was way too sour and salty. I was disappointed with their food – I’ll probably go to other Panda Express in the future.

Usually I have a good experience or at least fair. I dont know if language barrier was the problem. We ordered 2 items with rice. They were out of mushroom chicken so they were told we did not want it. We only wanted teriyaki chicken, but when it was cut 4 pieces were left out and he picked up them with finger and placed back in tray with other chicken. It looked like his first day or barely trained or he just didnt care and people were just too busy. We were charged for both items and and paid while still standing at cash register we realized we were charged for mushroom chicken and confronted them saying we told them that item was not wanted they said they can’t refund the money. we said we did not want the mushroom chicken. They ended up getting their way mushroom chicken was OK but customer service was horrible. we won’t be back for a while.

I occasionally share my opinions, not often. But I have to say I was impressed by my experience today. First they greeted me which a real greeting, not a canned “welcome!” that was great. Then I’ve never ordered the super greens before but I was craving veg, so I did. I was expecting to be disappointed by regular steamed veggies. But dude! They might be steamed but then they’re tossed with a dressing that is like… soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil based. Delish! And of course the orange chicken, always a fav. None of it was over cooked and the veggies were a great flavor and nice and crunchy. Good job today Panda team!

I haven’t been to this location but thought i’d visit it today for the drive thru (I didn’t want to get out of my car). I pulled in at around 10:17 and the first thing she said was “we don’t have anything at all so it’s gonna be a 10 minute wait”. I told her it was okay and if I could order… she sounded annoyed I even asked. I placed my order and pulled through to the window and I wasn’t payed out or acknowledged. I got in drive thru at about 10:19, wasn’t acknowledged till 10:43. I saw on their drive thru window that they open at 10am but at 11am on drive. If they would’ve told me drive thru wasn’t open yet I would’ve chose to either go inside or leave. I understand I did get their not long after opening but you are still open… i feel like opening times should be changed if you’re not ready to help customers after opening time. Or even communicating with customers why things are taking long helps ease the blow of waiting 25 minutes for food. i can be understanding but i feel like the service wasnt good and there is 0 employee to customer communication.

Drive thru order was wildly wrong, staff is rude to me about it when I came back for it to be corrected. I won’t be coming here again. 2 bad experiences in 1 week. I’ll go to the Panda on fort union where they have good service.

they didnt have everything i wanted at the drive through so they gave me a 10% discount. food tasted amazing and staff was extremely nice. as a manager for a fast food joint these are the employees i would be looking for.

The food is tasty. Sometimes ordering multiple items can get confusing and there was a homeless guy in the store begging for food in return for a shot off his bottle last time I was there, but im not mad.
