We live on the Eastside, we happened got do n e shopping decided to get something to eat. At this Burger King. OMG so yummy best Fast food experience ever!! I thought I lost my love for whoppers. We decided to go back the very next night around 10pm . We drove 20 minutes & it got even better!! My daughter said ” this is better than McDonald’s. I had to ask the older lady. What was her name, because she showed some great management skills running a tight ship. She said Mary. We can’t Thank you enough Mary. Truly Burger King needs to give you the recognition that you deserve. Bravo Bravo

i just went to this location at around 8 pm to pick up an order my mom had placed. the woman that helped me was lovely and super sweet! she seemed to be managing both headset and window on her own(?) and was super apologetic for me waiting only a few moments while she was attending to other customers (even though i didn’t have to wait long at all). her energy was very kind and warm. the order was already prepared and organized nicely in the bag, everything was correct and the portions were awesome, communication about a drink option not being available was immediate, i was in and out very quickly. it was probably the best service i’ve gotten here out of the maybe three times i’ve been. i regret not asking her name before i pulled off because i would’ve loved to mention her directly, but i can only hope she sees this and knows she’s doing a great job. i hope other customers appreciate the work she’s doing. ^_^

My daughter loves the playground there so we decided to have her a little 4th Birthday celebration there. Let me tell you the staff went above and beyond for my daughter’s party!! An employee by the name of Margie bought her balloons, decorations, table cloths, and games! I was amazed at how they treated us. They helped set up and cleaned up too! The best thing of all it was free to reserve the playground for 2hrs! My daughter has Autism and the way they treated us helped her feel so amazing on her special day! I’m sure we’ll be having more celebrations there in the future. Thank you to the managers and all the staff who made my daughter’s birthday party amazing!!❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give 10 stars for service especially to Miss Margie & Destinee !! They both made my son visit on his bday very special, all he wanted to do was get some ice cream && play && the play ground at Burger King ! (His usual BK routine ) Miss Margie & Destinee noticed his birthday pin & wished him a happy birthday…about 3 min later both these ladies come out with all this awesome birthday stuff for my Ollie, he was sooooo happy. It made it feel that much more special on his day The food is always great at BK but you get superstar service you ONLY get at this location

Never been to this location, and I probably won’t come back , I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers (WHOPPERS) and 1 (WHOPPER)
With the hav-sies and a kids meal double cheeseburger , we dined in and still got it in a bag like it was to go so that’s already not right the cashier in the front was really great no complaints with her , after we opened our food we only had one hav-sies and three (WHOPPER JRS) with a kids meal , I took it back and the cashier said reassured me that , that was the size of a (WHOPPER) which is a lie freaking whataburger would’ve topped that anyways we ate it anyways and left with a unsatisfied fill , not to mention the amount of orders that needed to be redone again in the 1 hour we were there is bizarre. Get it together

Service is not exactly great. They see you there standing ready to order and not acknowledge you and wait for other staff members to tell them to take the order. If you see a customer waiting take the order and go about your business.

I love this location! Ariel and the girls are always so upbeat and everyone here is amazing! Every time I come through this drive thru I leave the best freshest food and I’ll never forget -with a crown and a smile! Thanks y’all! You all rule!!!

Terrible customer and dine in experience! An employee/possibly a shift leader was loudly expressing it was her birthday. She was upset that she was working because another employee didn’t come in. Since there was a long line to the door, two employees not in uniform went behind the register and commenced to start taking orders as the same unhappy employee/shift leader continuously kept dropping f-bombs very loudly about the employee who called in as she was on her personal cell phone dropping f-bombs loud enough for the whole dining room to hear including children as well.
