I want to give a massive shout-out to this Panda Express team. I walked in just five minutes before closing while they were already deep into their cleaning routine. Having worked in food service myself, I know how frustrating a late arrival can be, but the staff here handled it with total grace.
Juliana, Marco (the manager), and Kurt (the cook) were exceptionally polite and provided top-tier customer service. Instead of turning me away, they actually prepared my order from scratch. The food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Like many places nowadays, this restaurant doesn’t prioritize customers in store over door dash orders. Line of people just waiting standing around while they prepare other food.

Every time I’ve been here lately I get worse quality. Their chow mein has really tanked, I get a bowl full of cabbage and celery with a few noodles. I don’t mind the cabbage and celery being in with the noodles, but I ordered noodles with my chicken not a bed of cooked veggies.

Ordered online to try and expedite the process only to have to wait additional time with them claiming they were waiting on food they were gladly offering people that were new in line just to receive cold food and shitty customer service and prices were the exact same claiming dishes were discounted only to find if ordered separately were the same price. If you like panda express consider skipping this location if you don’t want to pay top dollar for absolute trash service will not be returning

She gave us a less than regular serving of orange chicken, after we noticed that issue we pointed it out to the assistant manager who insisted it was regular. She got upset and told us to give her the bowl and served only 4 more skimpy pieces of orange chicken. During this She dropped a piece of orange chicken and put it back in the ready to eat food. Disgusting cross contact! A horrible attitude.
