Very unprofessional, both employees were on their phones and didn’t say anything we grabbed our order and sat down. The food was just disappointing. Way to much water on the lettuce, it made the meat soggy so it tasted like burnt soggy burger. The other meal i got was suppose to be Toast Brisket Frisco and it wasn’t even close. Asking them to fix it wasn’t worth I was afraid they would have done something worse. Their phones seem more of their priority

Absolutely terrible customer service and food prep, the lady working at 12pm on 11/1/25 at food window, putting tg orders behind register cut off the gentlemen taking me and my fathers order, in the most impolite way and proceeded to asking whether the food was for dine-in or take out, as well as taking in the fact we hadn’t even finished placing our order to clarify to the gentlemen whether it was Takeout or dine-in. Then after we told him and her, very confused for the disrespect and carless unneeded response before hand because the gentlemen’s at register putting order in was capable of clarifying with us as well taking care of it between him and her if there was something wrong due to she couldn’t keep her composure, that it was take out for four of the five meals and other two meals were dine-in. She put the three biscuits and gravy on dine-in styrofoam plates and then just gave me take-out boxes instead of being patient and doing her job so her customer could enjoy their hot food waiting. Mind you biscuits and gravy go “dead” in restaurant slang, very quickly as is! I’ve worked in restaurants fast food and fine dining 5+ years and this is highly disappointing. To add to the issue we open our food the #2 double cheeseburger meal burger was THROWN TOGETHER so carelessly and messy I practically wore my burger! Never in my life, in any city, town, or place have I felt so disrespected and treated poorly in a FASTFOOD restaurant over something so simple. Genuinely opened my eyes to why it’s so hard to find workers or business to keep regular clientele because of employees like this one, who picks a job and chooses to stay at it but has no care other than they are getting a pay check and have no decency and social skills to understand. Absolutely no matter what or where that’s no way to get out of line. I hope she understands she got the reaction due to her actions. No one should or will put up with that. I pray whatever she is dealing with that god help her through it because that is an issue with-in herself truly! God bless that location in Gallatin, Tennessee!

Great breakfast biscuits. The drive thru guy at the window never said a single word though… No hello, no thanks, nothing. I get it’s fast food, but damn, you could at least greet your customers, confirm their order, say thanks or something.

The general manager, Hannah, at this establishment is wonderful. Each time I go into the restaurant I am greeted with a smile and she remembers my order. Her hospitality echoes throughout the entire establishment and she makes it feel like home! I love coming here for my delicious breakfast. As long as she is here I will continue to be a loyal customer!!

They’re the slowest for the most simple orders in the morning with no rush. My dasher texted me that they were still waiting on my order upon arrival, and 15 minutes had went by, nobody acknowledged him or anything. This is poor customer service, they need a person to confirm delivery orders, a person to pack them to get them out in a timely manner, on top of just regular cashiers, drive through, and cooks. These restaurants with great reputations are going downhill for simple things.

It was terrible! The food sucked, they got my order wrong and the staff stood around talking to what we assumed was the manager in the lobby. At one point two employees were having a “love fest” at the same table (including that manager). And then were cursing out loud in front of customers. They should either close or serve breakfast 24/7 because their burgers suck! People used to have work ethics, now it no longer matters. They just hire anyone they can. Oh, and as we left half of them were just standing outside smoking. Not trying to be “Karen’s”, but we won’t be back.

I just want to take a minute to express how grateful I am to the staff. This morning, my brand new car, broke down in the drive thru area. Several employees came out to check on me. One even brought me breakfast. I was so embarrassed, because my car would not even budge in neutral. I sat there for almost an hour, before roadside assistance arrived. I am very grateful for the staff and think they deserve a moment on recognition.
