The fact that you guys text me and tell me that my food is ready and it wasn’t. It wasn’t even bagged. I watch the owner get up from EATING AN DIDNT EVEN WASH HER HANDS OR NOTHING NOT A GLOVE and bag MY FOOD THAT I ALREADY PAYED FOR PICK UP! So don’t order your food for pick up and expect it to be done and ready. Specially when the owner of the store doesn’t care to stay clean her self. A sense when do they lay the plates the opposite way?

Everytime I go into the pleasant grove panda I’m greeted. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure the food is correct. And she is so pleasant to have wait on me. And her co worker inma is also very friendly and so polite. And the food is always consistent. Other pandas have the spice range . But here it’s always perfect. I go out of my way to only come to this location because the manager makes it such a great experience.

If I pay in cash and you don’t have my exact change don’t short change me. If I am pay in cash, you save money by not having to pay a credit card fee. Train your employees better. And give me my exact change or give me a few cents more.

Okay someone please give Patch The biggest raise ever!! Patch’s kindness is a 10 No matter what day no matter , what time of the day, I no matter who you are, she is exceptional. Every time we come in.!!!!!! We accidentally came in today after closing, not knowing you guys had closed early on Sunday and she was the kindest person ever like always!!!!!! She makes this one of the best!!!!!

At this point I really only go to panda for the nostalgia. I ate it a bunch as a kid so it has tons of happy memories, but I really only desire it every couple months. The food is unreasonably oily, and it really just tastes like it’s been sitting for a bit but I will say the walnut shrimp with chow mein is totally worth it. The workers are great and super quick! Overall I really do like panda express, it just definitely isn’t a place that I can eat more than once every few weeks.

Dine-in is open! And this location is newly remodeled! Very nice, but I still miss the old photographs on the wall. Food was fresh and tasty as usual. New dish this month, the crispy Almond chicken is really yummy! The family feast for $29 is a great value.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst location ever. Never had a problem with till a few days ago. I just called at 7:10 pm because my food was undercooked wasn’t right didn’t taste right noodles were not fully cooked either asked to speak to manager and she started yelling at me very poor customer service asked to get corporates number or like hr and she said no and refuse my service don’t order from here

Its very offensive that they have to put door dash orders first instead of people waiting in the lobby. Food is not fresh. It looks and tastes like it had been sitting there for a while. It’s disappointing, especially when you are paying for it. And it is not cheap food. Probably never going back to this location even though it is local for me. I will drive an extra 10 mins just to get better food and service.
