Got a bigger plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef and the orange chicken was cooked on the outside but raw in the middle. Also the broccoli beef side I got had one piece of beef in the box and the rest was broccoli

I had a terrible experience tonight. This was my first time visiting the Bountiful location. One of the attendants working the lane was extremely rude. She ignored the fact that I was in line before other customers, and when I told her I had been waiting, she looked at me and asked what I wanted in a very rude and unwelcoming manner.
I spoke with the manager on duty tonight, and she was very understanding, which I appreciate. However, after this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope the employees receive better customer service training.

I used to think this place was awesome. But Panda has recently changed their In-house-made to pre-packaged sauces mass-produced somewhere else. And when I say there is a noticeable difference in taste to anyone who has eaten here regularly, I’m not kidding. If you come here once a year you probably won’t notice a huge change in flavor. But the orange chicken has lost a huge amount of it’s orange essence flavor. Bejing Beef has also lost it’s flavor profile. It’s still better priced and more convenient than a lot of other Chinese places, and there might still be some less-affected items that are still decent, but Panda isn’t what it used to be. And it’s not only this location; essentially every panda has switched to pre-packaged sauces, and we’ve entered an era of lower quality panda. I’ll still come like once a year on days other restaurants are closed… but I’ll miss what Panda used to be.

Here’s my experience:
SERVICE: I ordered a mobile order. I ordered 4 things total. They forgot my crab Rangoons, and one of my entrees. That’s a total of 8 dollars and some change of missing items. This is unacceptable. When I was looking at the receipt, it looked like they were checking things off as they went (which is a good idea) but it looked like they skipped every other item?!?!
FOOD: I got home 10 minutes after getting my order. When I went to open my food and note the missing items, I took a bite because I was hangry.
Then I got even more mad when the food was cold and the beans were burnt.
Overall, this is the only bad experience I’ve had here so I don’t know what’s going on with them. Or maybe it was just the day.

The staff on 10/10 around 6:30 pm kicked ass!!! I was shoulder to shoulder with people inside the restaurant, but they still got everyone’s food in a timely manner. Not only that, the staff kept such a positive attitude and they made the atmosphere infinitely more better despite the situation they were in! I am in utter shock with their kindness and professionalism. Please take care of these awesome people!

This panda is probably one of the worst. The food does not taste very fresh and the staff is definitely not friendly! When I ask for half rice and half chow mein there’s no reason to give me attitude is there? If you don’t like your job I’m sure McDonald’s is hiring you can always flip hamburgers in the back. . But the. MOST discussing part is I keep watching the staff obsessively wipe around the food in the warmers with a dirty rag constantly…. They’re even lifting up the glass and wiping the underneath side of the glass and I can literally see food and particles drop into the food below from dirty rag above. This is absolutely disgusting and I’m watching this after I ordered my food.

It was a super busy day for them, but I put a note on our pick up order to have them wish my kid a happy birthday- and they did! The clerk got the whole team to! It was a perfect way to give some embarrassing love to my teenager! ❤️

This panda express is really good, staff is amazing and food tastes great, I love teriyaki chicken, price is fair enough for the amount you get.
Update: I’m moving from Bountiful, so I won’t be a recurring customer anymore. But as of today (03/06/2026), they provide a 10/10 service. Good luck to y’all!

Only got half of my order, they don’t answer their phone and direct you to their website for issues on your visit. Is not the first time it’s happened. Check your order before you leave or you will never be reimbursed. Behold a plate with 2 entrees only 1 invisible

For some reason the orange chicken isn’t as spicy as other locations which was highly appreciated! Overall this location was very clean when I arrived and the staff were friendly.
It’s easy to see from the street and there are about 5 bus stops nearby, 3 of which are less than a block away.
