We came for dinner and were hoping for some orange chicken and bejing beef but unfortunately they were low on Beijing beef. Fortunately Kevin was kind enough to whip some up for us fresh and it was delicious. Thanks Kevin! The food and service were great and we’ll be returning to this location.

Food is decent, they push you through the line fast even though 6 items are empty. Pay, wait up to 8 minutes for the food, I have to ask for it, they forget you after you pay, upper management certainly preaches quantity. Get them through the line fast to the register, I think that is their motto, Might want to read up on customer retention and how to increase sales with better customer service

I wish I could give this Panda Location negative 5 stars. It’s the closest Panda to my house, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had slow and bad service. Today at 4:50pm I arrive, no other customers, but the employee is slow to greet me. I notice that most of the pans are empty or partially full. I asked if there were power greens coming, she said 2-3 minutes. So I waited patiently for 10 minutes. Another employee filled my bowl with power greens and I asked for Teriyaki chicken on top. Just then the drive-through employee was cutting Teriyaki chicken and said, “It’s all gone, you’ll have to wait 15 minutes for more. With my hungry family at home I drove to another location in Herriman which had full pans of fresh food and fulfilled my order in 5 minutes. What should have taken me 20 minutes round trip to pick up Panda cost me an hour of my time. Stay away from this location.

This location is closest for us in daybreak but have consistent issues with the quality of the food served here. I ordered the super greens side along with main dish and it was the nastiest this time – stinky and all veggies were not edible ! The entire car started smelling bad after we picked it up from drive through. If the folks here can’t maintain the quality of a side, not sure how can I trust the main dishes. Also noticed all the 1 star reviews and I can see something is already wrong with this location. Going to stay away from this place now !

Show up at 12:30, every entree has to be made still. It is truly as if they don’t know how to do this job. This isn’t a one time deal either. It always looks so enticing as a quick grab of food because no one is ever in the drive-through or the parking lot. Those people must’ve learned. I just keep going back for more disappointment.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at Panda in a longggggg time. It wasn’t very busy when I went around 1:30, and I got my food right away. The food tasted just as good as usual, and the location was VERY clean. At one point, one of the workers walked around and offered free sauces and/or extra fortune cookies. Had to snag myself some.

I ordered a 3 entree plate and this is what I was given a one entree plate!! I ordered online @ 9 they close @ 10 and picked up around 9:45 and by the time I got home and opened my plate this is what I found. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will be returning tomorrow when they open to get a refund.

Was told that I would have a wait for food, that’s totally fine. Get to the window for them to say they “found some”. The bowl was half full and when I asked they said that’s normal. The best Panda Express I have ever been to! The employees actually looked happy and were so friendly. The food was super fresh and just of the Wok. The seating is modern and I love all the big windows inside the restaurant. This is also the CLEANEST Panda I have been to. The bathrooms were super clean and smelled freshly cleaned. This place also features a drive-thru! I love Panda Express with large groups of family, friends, etc. because there is something for everyone and every diet. Definitely recommend this Panda Express over all the others in the Salt Lake Valley.
