I suspect that this place might have new owners. The food portions got smaller and they stopped providing a senior discount. They have signs stating how much they give to charities but stopped providing senior discounts to their own community? I live on a budget so I will just have to choose less expensive meals. Or eat elsewhere.

Used the drive through. Fast, efficient and food was hot. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Ask for a handful of sweet and sour and received exactly that!!! Not the normal 2 packets.

Went in today and the girl helping us was telling the cook to go ahead and microwave the next batch of chow mein.. the batch that was out all the veggies were brown and limp. Also kinda disappointed that you can’t get the wonton or eggrolls as part of an entrée any longer.

Absolutely horrible service! We went through drive thru, they parked us and told us it was a 6 minute wait and had us wait over 20 minutes. We had somewhere else to be so we went inside and asked for a refund. The cashier named Avrie was unhelpful and didn’t get someone to give us a refund. She told us she was getting the manager and never even did. They delayed refunding us for over 5 minutes. We ended up leaving without any food and no money refunded. On top of that, Marcela and Yoshi were disrespectful. If you want your time wasted this is your spot to go. This location needs to get checked out.

It is disappointing when they are not busy, and you have to remind them multiple times that you asked for soy sauce, then in getting back to my work, I discovered that I didn’t get my egg roll. It kind of irritates me that even at a slow time they cannot get a basic order correct. What is the rush? Not sure I’ll be going back anymore. Plus the attitude that was given, when you work in a service job. Completely ridiculous.

The food has gone downhill over the past year. When I have ordered the past 3-4 times, the food looks like left-overs. Also, the portions are quite smaller. I have included a photo. For the price I paid for my last order, I expect better quality and at least a little more meat! The Brocolli Beef only had 5 very small, bite-size pieces and the Teriaki Chicken was only 3 small pieces. I assure you, after transferring the food onto a plate at home, no food had been eaten before the photos were taken. Chinsey portions!

I arrived a few minutes early before my scheduled takeout pickup, and when they saw that I still had a few minutes before my order, they offered me a drink while I waited!
