Ran out of teriyaki chicken so I had to wait for them to make some. They were not friendly when they told me they ran out. Customer service skills were not there. When I did get the chicken they just threw it in there they didn’t cut it up it was burnt and hard to eat I’m really disappointed with how this transaction went.

They were super busy and made a mistake with our order. When we called, they we super understanding and Jessica came to deliver the correct order to our house. I have never seen this type of service from a place like this before and was amazed. They are definitely willing to correct mistakes they make, and as a customer I appreciate this a lot!

As soon as walk in closes, the food and service plummet in quality. Going through the drive through no matter the time is a gamble for your money. Not always worth the risk.

Normally, I am very happy with this panda express, but today I got delivery for lunch, and it was just awful. Kung pao chicken and Angus steak really lacked today. The chicken was bland, almost didn’t seemed cooked all the way through, no spice despite there being chili in there. I was not impressed with today ended up throwing out chicken altogether, angus was toerable. Perhaps some other time, but their lunch staff did not meet expectations.

Everytime I come to this location, they never have anything I want. The first time I went, the chicken wasn’t even cooked. When I went tonight, they gave me crab rangoons instead of the spring rolls I paid for. Also, barely got any of the side. Definitely not going to this location again.

This was the second time I ordered from panda express for lunch for delivery. Both times the order was completely wrong. I took a chance a second time become I love their food so much and eventually one order can be wrong but this was the second time. I will not be ordering again. Complete waste of money and time. I ordered super greens mushrooms chicken, orange chicken and sweet fire chicken. What I got was what looked to be half done order with orange chicken and rice. I won’t even touch the rice so that’s a waste. I’d give no stars but I did eat the orange chicken. Was good like I remember.
