This location always give the wrong order. Whats the point of having a drive thru if they always going to give you what they want. Like today oct-17-25 5:10pm i ask for half chow mein and half super greens and they only put the chow mein. I entered the location and they told me that super greens will take 10 mins to be ready that if I would like to wait ????? If I don’t check my order like other times i will be ending getting whatever they always want to give me. Bad service

The typical Panda Express. They fill the plates with rice and or noodles as a filler and SKIMP your sides. I ordered NO rice and NO noodles, the meal was the portion size of a kid’s meal at a restaurant. The chicken and mushrooms was 90% mushrooms with 4 pieces of chicken. Their advertisement photos in their store show plenty of protein on their meals, definitely not in person. The same with their broccoli, they leave the giant stems on to fill your plate to make it “look like big portions.” This place sucks, go somewhere else.

Gross. Bad scoops and ruined Panda Express for me. Chicken was cooked bad. I had to pick through it. Noodles were dry.

This is by far the worst Panda Express I ever visit. Every time I try to give it another shot, even after literally the 5th shot, I won’t visit here again. I would rather drive across town to the other location in Brighton than this one. Even during the busy times the food is barely warm or anytime we go during dinner they never have any items available as if they can’t make more before they close, “2 hours later”. I just ordered the honey sesame chicken and it appears it was made with orange chicken sauce. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money at this location.

Definitely the worst service I’ve encountered at any panda express. Went through the drive-thru and ordered just a medium orange chicken, then they made me wait for 7 minutes by the window.
Instead there was a group of female workers gossiping and laughing. When I mean group I mean the entire staff of like 8 females. Never even looked in my direction until another vehicle pulled into the drive-thru.

Bigger plate! Noodles/rice super greens two spring rolls and 3 cream cheese rangoon! I like how the vegetables aren’t cooked too hard! I didn’t like that my spring rolls weren’t in a bag and if I waited to eat them they would’ve been soggy! Recommended!

I love Panda BUT this one knocked my socks off!!! The fried rice was Perfect! Orange chicken actually tasted the way it should, there was very minimal salt, but had a blast of flavors!! Looked like a very fun crew to work with and made our experience awesome! Totally clean and very welcoming… THANK YOU!!! You can always tell how good a place is by how full it is… It was packed but still a lot of room to sit…
