What can you say about Hardees that most don’t already know? Its the east coast Carl’s Jr’s. Well this one in Pikeville is not top notch. Food is not great, service is the same. Bathrooms….stay away. Got to use them…DONT! Milkshakes are 6/10. So there is that I guess.

This Hardee’s sucks. Took a half hour to go through the drive through, and then my super bacon biscuit was garbage. The bacon was tiny as hell and it wasn’t even cooked. If I wasn’t traveling I would have returned it and gotten my money back.

I eat breakfast here 6 days a week. Today I decided to go in and eat. After standing there for 20 minutes and not being waited on myself and two other people left as they continued to take orders through the drive thru but not wait on us. The gentleman working in the drive thru at least acknowledged us he’s always super polite.

We stopped for breakfast and went through the drive through. The wait was pretty typical but they did leave out some of out food so we did have to go back and get it. It was cold as if they just left it on the counter when we left. It would’ve been nice to have warm food.

Waited literally 35min for a double cheeseburger bacon combo & mushroom Swiss combo. Received a bacon egg sandwich & hash browns instead. Returned it & got a cold cheeseburger. It was 11:20am on a Wednesday & they all including the grumpy manager didn’t seem to know what they were doing. When asking after 25 min if my food would be done soon I got “go sit in the seats, i’ll bring it to you” from the manager-she didn’t, they yelled out my order & I went for it. Got 1 sorry for your wait from a girl who didn’t even wait on me. Never going back there.

What caused me to write a review : My son and I was inside eating, while an employee (older women, slim, sunk in face, dark hair) sits down in the booth in front of us, props her feet up in the seat, and starts smoking her vape!! My son is allergic to smoke so I was instantly ticked off and walked out before we even got to finish our food. Really?

I would give this place 0 stars if I could when you walk in, your meet with very greasy trash cans, and sticky floors I walked up and asked for a cup for water and if it cost anything I was handed a cup and filled it with water before I noticed I had drank most of the water and in the bottom there were big black chunks I had used the restroom as well while I was there and had a cockroach walk straight past me. I will never be eating here, I am so happy I didn’t.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a biggie bag got it no fries one sandwich was cold and the bun hard the other sandwich was ordered no cheese no mayo due to allergies the cheese had been scraped off and had only mayo.

I don’t know what it is with the franchise dives that put milkshakes on the menu but have every excuse on why they can’t make em. 1 time in all the years I’ve lived here has this place been able to produce a milkshake and that took 20 minutes. I don’t know why I continue to try These places time and time again when the only thing I can just about be sure of is not being able to get what I order.
