Update: it’s the next day and we now have food poisoning. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is awful. Do not eat there!! Our food immediately smelled off when we opened our plates. As broke teenagers who spent the last of their money to eat here, we chose to just give them the benefit of the doubt and eat it. The broccoli was terrible, the noodles were neon yellow, they served us undercooked chicken and the sprite even tasted off. We had over half a full plate left of food. As soon as we saw the undercooked chicken, I decided to ask for a refund as the whole meal was a disaster. The manager said that since we had “already eaten it” she wasn’t going to refund us. I told her that we are not the type of people to complain just to get our money back, we just genuinely were not satisfied with the quality of our food. She said all she can do is give us a credit that we could only use at this location. We live 30 minutes away…I’m very upset with the customer service at this Panda Express and hope nobody has the same experience. Picture of the undercooked chicken and a cooked piece for reference.

Hey Manager! Please train your employees to prioritize the customers who actually took the time to drive all the way to your restaurant. We don’t have unlimited time to wait for lunch. Also, please try to explain how important it is to greet your customers. Even when there is going to be a delay. A simple, “Hi, we’ll be with you in just a minute.” goes a long way. This is not an isolated incident. Rather, it is a clear pattern that has been getting worse over the last two years or so, at this location.

This is a great restaurant to visit if you are desperate to be ignored. And even better if you would like to witness the speed and efficiency with which this store prepares their to-go orders, to the exclusion of the customers standing in line. The young lady at the lead position of the line has no business working in a customer service role.

I arrived at the front door of the restaurant at 1:02PM on February 6th, 2026 hoping to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my next job. There were four people ahead of me when I got there. The line was moving VERY slowly and people began backing up behind us at the door. I waited patiently for my turn, approximately eight minutes. It doesn’t sound that long, until you are the one waiting in line. As I approached the counter, excited to finally get my order taken, I could see what the delay was. The to-go orders were the main cause. While I stood waiting to be greeted and place my order, the employee would not acknowledge my existence and continued making other orders for people who ordered online. Fine. Sometimes we have to wait. BUT…. I have now been standing in the line for 12 minutes. Despite being right in front of the employee, with five or six people behind me, she chose to pull four more orders from the printer and prepare them before helping me or any of the other people in line. These orders popped out while I was already at the front of the line.

At 1:16pm I decided to leave, rather than continue to wait just to place my order. I will not be coming back unless and until you guys get your act together.

Picked up a takeout order and everything was fresh and tasty. Fast service, good portions, and overall a solid experience.

I eat here every other day and am very familiar with the usual portion sizes. Today, the portion I received was significantly smaller than normal. When I asked about it, I was told “that’s the portion,” which I know is not accurate based on my frequent visits. It was clear they did not want to prepare more food because of the lunch rush, which is unacceptable.

On top of that, there is a serious safety issue in the men’s restroom. A broken porcelain fixture has sharp edges, and I nearly cut my finger. This is a hazard that needs immediate attention.

Between the inconsistent portions and the unsafe restroom conditions, this experience was disappointing and concerning. Management needs to address both customer service and basic safety standards.

Worst meal I’ve had in Boulder… twice. Do yourself a favor, and just don’t.

They said they had a new ‘Spicy’ orange chicken dish, and it was an insane amount of crushed red peppers rubbed into the orange chicken. I tried to pull them out, but it was impossible and disgusting.

Any restaurant without a public restroom gets a bad rating from me. How can you serve food but not have a place for people to even wash their hands? Ridiculous.

The location and service is great. However the amount of serving is very bad. The chow mein was half the amount and filled with cabbage primarily. The chicken teriyaki doesn’t taste good. Earlier Panda Express used to fill the bowl or plate but this location seems not interested. We always love Panda Express food and my child like the noodles and chicken teriyaki but this portion required to be improved.

The orange chicken and the walnut shrimp usually taste good.
On the other hand, the teriyaki “chicken” tastes like dishrags. I just avoid ordering anything questionable looking when I go in. This time though they gave me a heaping serving of cabbage instead of chow mein so I came to the internet to whine about it.

Today Im very disappointed. My favorite place to eat just served me a plate of white rice that had tiny cockroaches in it. I think I ate at least a few of them without realizing it.

I came for lunch like I do every week. I can’t believe this happened.

Food would be better if they give better portions. I got orange chicken and all I got was 4 pieces. The workers act like is coming out of their check if they give better portions.
