This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a while! I didn’t catch the name of the drive through worker but who ever was working the drive through window at 5pm on Tuesday December 2nd was great! He was easy to understand, high spirits, polite and made the whole transaction very smooth. Even with a busy dinner line the whole team crushed orders and we got our food speedy!

1 star. FIX YOUR BUSINESS HOURS! OR MAKE IT FRESH. I came to this Panda Express around 11:15pm and they told me to get other entrees or sides I did not want or try to even order. Your page says closes at 12am but you guys denied order before that timing. Maybe actually put that you close at an earlier time than 12 since you guys cant even work this place right.

Every time we go here the drive thru line is long and it takes a long time to order and get the food. The other disappointing thing is the amount of food they serve. I have been to other Pandas and this location always serves the least. Went today and got a plate, ordered half white rice, half Chow Mein, and double Sesame Chicken. It’s as if I asked for double vegetables instead, there was more on bottom of the chicken than what can be seen in the picture.

I was there for an hour. When i arrived there were 7 people in line ahead of me. When I finally ordered they were out of pretty much everything and I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to make the food. Well 15 minutes passed and still no food. I checked in with them and now they were out of fried rice. This place is super busy and they literally only had 3 people working. The 3 people that were working werent really making effort to move faster. There was also no appology for the wait or any kind of acknowledgement to their customers why things were taking so long. Very poor customer service, and the employees did not seem to care.

Place was packed today and while everyone was working hard it was extremely inefficient like multiple people handling multiple jobs no precision the people were going were very chaotic. Waited at the register to check out for at least 10 mins no acknowledgment at all. Got home and my 4-year-old found this fly on her kids meal noodle so that was the end of our good night We even saw these noodles come out fresh so they need some quality control. Was also happy to see the employees attempt to wash their hands but it was basically rinse underwater put soap scrub for 0.35 seconds rinse soap off so it really didn’t achieve clean hands at all.

This place is always packed. Yes you do have to wait to get your food, but the employees are very nice and the food is always fresh. The employees are always working very hard to make sure that everyone gets their orders , but because it’s so busy all the time some of the customers get so upset with them and it’s sad to see. I’m sorry that they have to go through all that stress.! Please be patient and kind, they’ve probably been working hard all day for little pay and just trying to make all the customers happy!

Idk what everyone is complaining about in the reviews. Maybe they’ve fixed the problems. I went through the drive thru, which had almost no line, had a pleasant and easy interaction with the worker and my portions were great for the price. It’s not the best Chinese food but it’s ok. it’s fast food so don’t expect it to be like sit down quality and you’ll be satisfied. I was there maybe 5-6 minutes total. I’d go back.

Had a great experience this morning at Panda. Started with walking into the cleanest fast food restaurant and being greeted the staff as though he was my roommate from college. The food was very fresh and the restaurant was ready for the day. I was there 20 mins after they opened and it was delightful.

We ordered the family pack and one of the choices we got was the beef and broccoli and when we got home, we got a box full of broccoli. As you can see in the second picture I finally found some so called piece of beef after digging around and taking some broccoli out.This was disappointing since I ordered BEEF and broccoli not broccoli and broccoli. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Spend your money elsewhere.
