This location is THE WORST at having all the food items available. Every time I go to this location, I think it’s going to be different, but nope! They are always out of key items like greens, chow mein, beef with broccoli, honey shrimp, chicken teriyaki. Yesterday 10/7/25 at 7:45pm. I walk in and see a line to the door. The manager, who was acting as the cashier, did nothing to control the ever growing line. He parked himself by the register while a single girl was trying to make all the orders by herself. There was a young guy on break in the lobby, and 3 people in the kitchen. Not sure why with so many people, I had to wait over 10 minutes just to place my order. No one here at this location is friendly. One of the kitchen team members came out, grabbed a plate and served herself up a nice helping of the last of the beef with broccoli. When Im finally able to place my order, I was told there will be a 10+ minute wait on beef with broccoli and teriyaki chicken. Meanwhile I’m looking at the kitchen crew with a total lack of urgency. Theyre smiling and laughing along while we are standing waiting for food to be cooked. How is it even possible to run out of food… oh yeah because the manager is too busy being a cashier instead of running the restaurant!! He should have called food back to the kitchen way before they ran out. I opted to take other items, because I had already waited 15min at this point and just wanted to go home. I explained to the manager that they are always out of items everytime I come and he did not say a word or even apologize. I had to pay premium upcharges to get what they actually had ready (steak and honey shrimp).
Stay away from this Panda Express, unless you want slow, unfriendly service, and have 10-15 min to wait for them to cook more food.

Came in and had to wait for super greens ( wasn’t told it was going to be a wait). Got home and one of my entrees was missing and the other two were very small, tasted funny and not fresh. My chow mein was so dry and hard I just threw the whole thing out. This place has gone downhill in the last year.
I recommend you Go somewhere else to get fresh, tasty food. No lunch for me today

I ordered delivery and the food was terrible. The spring egg rolls were mush and they were pre-chrwed. I ordered 2 entree plate of chicken breast and green beans and honey sesame chicken breast. The chicken breast and green beans was not chicken. It tasted like deep fried “meat” that was not chicken with a some kind of sauce. Ugh! The honey sesame chicken wasn’t edible. Only thing edible was steamed white rice. When I called to speak to the manager or someone, the person answering said NO and hung up the phone.
NEVER EVER GO TO PANDA EXPRESS FOR EVEN A HALF WAY DECENT MEAL.

Ashley did an amazing less than an hour before closing dealing with several unruly customers who were calling people amidst their order to clarify details. She kept her composure like no one else would have. As a licensed professional in the state of Colorado I wish more people worked like this. Deserves a raise! They were running out of orange chicken and made up for it quickly, this staff tonight was unbelievable, round of applause.

Raquel was so amazing to me! Helped me out with a last minute large order and was so nice and pleasant to me! The whole team was so friendly and hustled to get me the order so quick and fresh! I was so thankful and our team just loved the food! Nothing was forgot, cookies, sauces etc. Best experience! Thanks guys!

The employees really couldn’t care less about your experience.
The tables were dirty. The bathroom needed a key. I repeated the order 5 times within less than a minute. I ordered the plate with chow mein, beef broccoli, and orange chicken. I got more broccoli than beef, maybe two small slices of beef? The orange chicken isn’t what it used to be.
The employees were complaining they don’t get tipped, when they’re being paid hourly, plus profit sharing, plus bonus.
I’d avoid this location and honestly, any restaurant in this location. Every time I went to this area it was bad.
