Keep up the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD.
NOT ONLY COULD I NOT I HAD TO BE EMBARRASSED FOR ASKING CAUSING A SCENE WHERE I HAD TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS WHO DIDN’T MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS, ABSOLUTELY HORRID
SHAME ON ME FOR BEING ALLERGIC GUESS THAT DESERVE DISRESPECT AND SHAMING IN A PUBLIC PLACE!!! I EVEN SAID ID PAY MORE BUT ALAS LETS JUST TREAT ME HORRIBLE INSTEAD
I wouldn’t have been so pissed off had they not tried to scrape the walnuts off like the allergy wouldn’t be a problem after that , talk about NO type of Food/Allergy AWARENESS……That’s a Serious TRAINING/FOOD HANDLING PROBLEM
Today i go in 24 hours later and completely different story. The store was not properly staffed and the manager or trainer on duty was frankly rude as could be and kept blaming her new hire. I get new hires and training and have nothing negitive to say about the young kid Doing his best while being snapped at.
We stood there with 6 people behind us for 25 minutes while she insisted they do online orders first. Over 25 minutes and one person was helped in store. The kid filled her plate and the trainer came over removed food from this poor ladie plate and in front of all her customers snapped on him about the portion. So much so that when he helped me he was going to leave my box a quarter way empty out of fear of getting in trouble i state “hey man im sorry but thats not full can you fill it” she comes over lets him do one more small scoop and says thats it. Much closer to usual portions but still light.
The manager addresses me and again blames the kid. No ma’am the problem is you and not properly staffing. I made it clear the kid is great and that its her who is the problem for not handling things properly and frankly snapping on an employee in front of guesst and taking food already dished on their plate off. She proceeded to insist on sending him on break and made things even slower. The kid did nothing wrong and her behavior was 100% wrong. I will be filling a complaint with corporate as well. this is not ok and probably why there was not enough people. Also panda usually does one online then one in person to make it fair or one person on sides and one on entrees
None of that was happening and highly disappointed but quality of service and treatment of employees
Worst expierence i have ever had at panda especially this location that i go to all the time.
There is also an up charge for some items like shrimp, and I’m used to these up charges but others may not be and the server didn’t warn about the higher price as I ordered. Like I said, not a suprise to me but it could cause price shock for new customers.
