old rice and mix it in with other rice . I called them and told them but noresponse. The pictures show what looks like orange chicken but its rice . We spend our money in thease restaurants you wild think they would care more and not use day old food how sad .
I predict 2 things:
1. The worker that made the order didn’t properly scoop it.
Or 2. (Most likely) They didn’t have enough of the beyond Orange Chicken prepared and decided to give me less than what I paid for. I paid $3 extra dollars because it’s a “premium item” and the amount I received isn’t worth the extra $1.50 surcharge that premium items get, let alone $3.
I’m so done with this location. To the manager/franchise owner: you need to do better. I’ve had past orders cancelled. I’ve had multiple orders be incorrect. I’ve had orders in which it was obvious that the food was sitting out longer than your own policy allows.
This location is terrible. They’ll serve you orders that are missing items. They’ll send old and cold food. They’ll take extra money from you while giving you less than you would’ve gotten for getting non-premium items. I have spent far more money on this location than I care to admit, but I’m fed up with it. I’m done giving another cent and will patronize other locations, if not entirely stopping patronizing Panda Express entirely.
I’ve worked in multiple types of fast food and I never allowed myself to provide such terrible service.
I don’t know what it is about Colorado, but I’ve learned that food workers in this state, whether it’s fast food or restaurants, are just the worst. I’ve been to half the country and I’ve never experienced such consistently terrible food service experiences as I’ve experienced in this state. Go to a different location or find some local Chinese restaurant that won’t serve you old, incorrect, or smaller proportions than you’ve paid for.
0 stars. Waste of time and money.
When you’re spending money, you expect at least a little effort in customer service. The food saved the experience, The food was — fresh, hot, and honestly some of the best I’ve had from any location. One thing I’ve noticed, whenever there’s a clean black Mustang with gold rims parked out front, the food always hits different. but Mirriam’s attitude really brought the whole vibe down. If management sees this, please step in — the food deserves better representation at the counter.
