My family and I are from DC. We are here to see the Spiderman exhibit in Chicago for our son birthday. We are staying the weekend here and we were looking for something to eat and we found this place. Our family love pizza and this pizza here was great and tasty. The customer service was great. The staff made the food we ordered fast and efficiently. We appreciate you all for a great experience.

I’ve given a few chances already. This time I’m just done. I asked for a calzone. Not only did they add mushrooms when I clearly asked for NO MUSHROOMS, they forgot to give the pizza sauce for it. And their sub is basically bread smfh. Will never be back.

These guys are a bit silly. First and foremost, if you ask them if they have given the customer their dips (if they are inside the pizza boxes), they tell you that you can go ahead and look inside of the pizza boxes to see if they’re there. They want the driver to do it rather than them checking themselves before giving it to you. Listen, we drivers are not supposed to be opening up the boxes or bags to look at the food to make sure everything is there. That is the restaurant’s responsibility.
Second, they want a delivery driver to show them their phone to demonstrate the confirmation but they only glance at it for like one split second and you know they didn’t see anything and they probably don’t even know what to look for. At that point, it’s really just a matter of control and again it’s silly, really. If you don’t even know what you’re looking for on the phone to confirm it’s been accepted and you’re not even going to really look and you would accept any screen shown unto you, why ask to see a visual sign of the confirmation at all? It is certainly worthy of a giggle.

Bought a Philly pizza with triple meat and some slices didn’t even have meat on them. That is not 3X’s meat.

You know it’s bad when they ‘anticipation’ is FARRRR better than the actual thing…in this case, the pizza.
Think of their crust as like an old man without his blue pills…EXTREMELY limp!
You could call this ‘Little Ceasars’ 2′.
You could judge the business by the parking lot on a weekend evening…DESOLATE!

Don’t let the appearance fool you! Marco’s garlic parmesan wings are amazing! The pizza could have used just a dab of salt…but overall it was definitely worth the commute from Chicago! The variety is plentiful! You can’t lose!

Loved the pizza. Tried them once at my cousin’s house OMG but crust and seasoning you can want. Wing are delicious but must order more than 8 piece because they are small. Cinn squares are perfect maybe two packets of icing would be better than one due to the size of the square.

I ordered the BARBQ chicken pizza, key word BBQ. And they forgot to put the bbq sauce. Every other location I order from, the bbq chicken pizza has bbq sauce drizzled all over the top. Which is also how it’s shown in the pictures on the website. How do you forget the main ingredient of the pizza????? Like I’m so confused.
I also ordered a side of hot honey and then get there and they say they’re out of hot honey. But it’s still available to add to your order online. Maybe they were out of bbq sauce too, and that’s why they gave me a bbq chicken pizza with no bbq sauce

Overall, I wish I could give zero stars. Extremely disappointing.

Marcos pizza has good pizza that’s why my daughter ordered pizza from here on-line to be delivered by Uber eats. However the problem is the pizza boxes were not taped and the bag with the cinnamon squares was left open!!! Post Covid, restaurants went to great measures to make sure packaging was safe and secure while being transported by a delivery service. This was not! My food could easily be opened exposing me and my family to sickness/disease. I called, spoke with the “manager” Kyla who then told me they were too busy to secure my food. She then apologized. Whaaaat! Unacceptable Marcos!!!

Originally I put 4 stars last year, went down to 3 stars, and 2 stars right now. Substandard customer service, and low quality pizza. I Placed order an hour and a half ahead, and it wasn’t ready on time- No apologies from the staff member, who was uninterested and indifferent . Had to wait 10 more minutes. Orders are processed slow and mistakes are frequent. Their Pizza is low quality because they ration on cheese and sauce, however, reasonably priced. Specials, coupons, and promotions are run frequently. On the top of that, you will never get any napkins, crushed pepper, condiments, parmesan, or forks, unless you specifically ask for it.
I frequently place my order online because this is the only way to get a special price, but be aware that it is frustrating and time consuming experience-their website and ordering system is not user friendly. The bottom line is- I go there only if there is no other option.
