Twice now, I’ve gone into this location and ordered an entree with Super Greens. Both times I ended up sitting and waiting for half an hour for the cook to get around to making the greens. They don’t communicate between the counter and the cooks. The managers don’t care. Twice I’ve pointed out this egregious problem and twice I’ve been told Panda Express doesn’t give a damn. They just leave you sitting in the restaurant after they take your money. Terrible treatment.

For an afternoon lunch, this place is barely busy at all in the lobby, and the place is pretty clean to boot. Though it took a small time for service, the food was pretty good for what you are paying for.
Though, they could have cleaned up the TV wall before opening, that did not look safe at all having things hang from the wires like that.

Do not go to this location if you are used to normal Panda Express portions. I tried to give this location a chance since they were on my way home from work and 3x they have given me below the normal portions for the protein. The usual location by my house will fill up my bowl without hesitating. This location leaves the bowl hollow.

My wife’s order of noddles and chicken was just noodles. No protein even though she payed for a double meat plate. Drive through seems to be a terrible idea for this place on the cruise home after work.

Pretty good overall. Couple of the tables were dirty but I think they had just hit a rush. Food was good. It was hot. Overall taste was good. Had to ask for sauces but that’s normal for any place these days.

3/10/24- Do not go through their drive through because they will mess up your order like they did ours. Our receipt clearly shows that one of our meals was supposed to have shrimp and we even paid the upcharge for it. Instead they gave us a chicken dish instead. Horrible customer service at this place and they don’t check to see if they got your order open. Also when I tried to call them about getting refunded for the shrimp up charge no one bothered to pick up the phone. Do not go to this location, they do not care about the customer experience. Update: when I finally got them on the phone the manager Sarah said that the system wouldn’t let them do a refund and the best she could do was give me a credit for 30 days, but that still makes me have to drive all the way back out their because of their mistake. Once again horrible customer service!

One of the best Panda Express restaurants I have been to. I could smell the fragrance of the food from outside the building and when you enter it’s a tad bit overwhelming . Food was fresh, warm and delicious. Kinda expensive being at $16.73 for one box, drink and wantons but the crew definitely knew what they were doing.

Angie with a mad face just got inpatient and just handed the plate to Emily for her to complete our order…. I think that was really disrespectful..
Emily was patient and really nice even asking if we needed extra or other things to complete my orders.
ANGIE IS PROBABLY THE MANAGER BECAUSE OF THE UNIFORM SHE IS WEARING… she is not professional at all!!!

The cashier was so rude to begin with!. I asked her for a water cup and she asked me a million times “water” “water” like if I was trying to steal soda ….. My husbands Teriyaki chicken cold and undercooked and ended up finding hair in my rice and to top it off there was no fortune paper in my cookie just a bad experience

Not so bad if you’re into this sh!t. My youngest Daughter loves❤️ it. I’m not such a big fan but the orange chicken is pretty fire especially when it’s fresh.
Also the walnut shrimp is Brackin also.
Overall it is what it is. This location is usually super fast and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful without bad attitudes. It’s a lot better than other locations that I have visited.
Definitely check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa
