We love Panda and this particular location was no exception. The staff behind the counter were very friendly and answered some questions about some of the new foods. The potions are very good always hot and fresh. Love the Benjing beef and orange chicken.
The only detractor is there were a number of tables that needed to be clean. Overall, very pleased with this location.

waited in drive through for about 30 minutes with only one car ahead , girl on drive through speaker sounded like she was having a bad day then after finally getting to the window not a single “sorry for the wait” or anything just a total and a frown. don’t work customer service if you have a bad attitude

Went to Paseo del Norte El Paso earlier in the week. Ordered several things including a Black Pepper Chicken Bowl. Did not get this, not sure what the substitute was except it looked like a spicy beef dish. Called immediately and spoke to a manager Juette. She stated to come in this week to correct the order mishap.
Went today to the same location. Explained the mistake earlier in the week and wanted to get the free order of Black Pepper Chicken. Additionally ordered three other bowls, egg rolls, spring rolls and the rangoons. Also, the apple rolls. After an extremely long wait we received our order and went home to eat.
Once again NO BLACK PEPPER Chicken. Apparently we received Black Pepper Steak which had not been ordered. On a platter we receive a small quantity of Orange Chicken and some chunks of chicken with zero sauce or veggies. And noodles. No idea what type of chicken this was supposed to be. The egg rolls and springs rolls were burnt as you can see in the photos.
Disappointed the first time with the mistake this week. Today we are irritated and upset. To spend over $50 for lunch today with a large portion being inedible is ridiculous. Poor management or whatever caused the continuing problems will result in losing many customers, not just us.
Additionally we spent $ on our first visit there this week. We aren’t sure about any changes that have been made to the food, but the beef has a strange texture now that it didn’t used to have.

Ordered a meal here online. Large entree and large side. Both boxes were no where near full…..50-60% full.. I am so glad they have sweet n sour chicken back (that’s the 1 star) but if you don’t add sweet and sour sauce ??? No sweet and sour sauce is ridiculous!!! Seriously??? So disappointed. I won’t order from here ever again!

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING HOW HELPFUL ABE WAS AS WELL AS HOW NICE THE STAFF WAS… THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH PANDA EXPRESS AND IT WILL BE MY LAST! I WAS STATIONED IN OKINAWA, KADENA AIR BASE AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF GREAT ASIAN FOOD! WITH THAT BEING SAID, LET ME TELL YOU HOW DRY AND SAD PANDA EXPRESS CHOW MEIN IS! IT WAS LIKE EATING CARDBOARD! THE OTHER ITEMS I ORDERED WERE VERY GOOD, BUT THE CHOW MEIN IS THE WORST I’VE EVER HAD, AND I HAVE EATEN IN MANY ASIAN RESTAURANTS AROUND THE WORLD AS WELL AS HERE STATESIDE! I SPIT OUT THE FIRST BITE AND TOSSED THE REST IN THE TRASH. I THOUGHT OF GIVING IT TO A HOMELESS PERSON, BUT ASKED MYSELF; IF I WILL NOT EAT IT THEN WHY WOULD I GIVE IT TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING AND EXPECT THEM TO EAT SOMETHING THAT BAD? SOMEONE NEEDS TO LEARN THAT TRADITIONAL CHOW MEIN IS NOT SERVED THAT DRY! TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO AND WHAT YOU SERVE OR DON’T SERVE IT AT ALL.

Convenient place for fast food Chinese. Venue was clean and staff was efficient. Food was good, same as all other branches. Price is ok. Only had one WC which was inconvenient. Located next to other restaurants, shops, and even a Walmart.
