I don’t know if it’s the training they’re receiving now to rush customers or the manager just doesn’t care about customer service.. the young woman serving, seemed like she was mad to be there on a Sunday, it’s a holiday, I get it, but why be rude and unprofessional by Rushing you through your menu, then before i decided on my entrees, she tossed my plate to the next employee and she said, “they’lltake care of you” then the young man backing her up, just gives me a total, way before asking if it was dine in or to go. Didnt even offer drinks, i had to let him know, two drinks and we still wanted sides, there’s no condiments out, you have to ask for them, but get in line to get two hot sauces, I wouldn’t mind if I was by my self, but I had my Daughter with me, she made her feel uncomfortable by Rushing her, “anything else?” , “what else?” At the same time she’s asking me what I want, note that it wasn’t busy at the time. People did arrive after me, but this is an ongoing problem with all places, this young people think they can give attitude just to anyone. The receipt shows the day and time, there were probably 3 tables used when I got there, then it started to get busy. But that is unacceptable, don’t rush people through their decisions on what to eat, specially inside the restaurant.

Staff was very impolite while ordering. I had to ask for teriyaki sauce several times after I received my order. I ordered a plate with half rice half chow mein (it’s also on the receipt) once I got home I saw they only gave me chow mein. Very upsetting after a long day!

Went to get dinner around 9:30 pm today, waited about 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker for someone to take my order. Ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, look at my photos to see how bad the teriyaki chicken was burned and the shrimp was old and chewy. Where is the manager? Owners review the cameras, it’s unacceptable to serve this product, where is the quality?Should of left while I had the chance, it’s usually a bad sign when the drive thru is not answered within a few seconds. Called them three times, no answer, they knew what they were doing and thought they would get away with it by not answering. Managers, you need to step it up with managing, running your stores and checking/ensuring your food quality is at its best. Should of gone to the one on Paseo, they are always ensuring customer service and good food quality.

One of the best locations in El Paso, I know when I come to this specific location that I will get the best service and best food quality. It Does get a little busy around lunchtime due to the high school but the employees and staff handle it like champs.

The service was deficient, the food was not individually labeled, they just tossed a strip of labels in the bag.
In addition we didn’t get napkins; Hot Mustard Sauce; Sweet & Sour Sauce or Mandarin Teriyaki Sauce for our teriyaki Chicken.
When I asked for an itemized receipt instead I got a list of the items that were supposed to be included in the order.
