Yall typically I am not one to complain, but I paid an extra charge for the steak and getting three pieces in one bowl is upsetting enough, but yalls phone number being disconnected so I can’t just call a manager to have this fixed is downright disrespectful. Now I gotta air my grievances out publicly, and that doesn’t sit right with me. I would have absolutely been willing to wait for a new batch to be made. This is the cherry on top of my shit sunday of a day please, please. I just want the correct serving of steak. The drive thru was wonderful, Im just mad about the steak.

The 20min line wait into having to wait in the parking lot for another 10min for a simple order… just don’t take my order so fast if the wait is going to be so long. They need some of the big dogs from other pandas here, or maybe more staff idk.
