Got cheated out $9.40 for my teriyaki and orange chicken plate. Would’ve been 5/5 otherwise. Too far to go back just to let them know. Receipt attached.

We visit Panda Express usually every other Monday and today we were shocked. The gentleman who served us was great! By far the best customer service we have experienced at this location and the Cibolo one. Friendly, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed! Just wanted to give some cudos! Thanks for making our lunch great!

I paid $15 for a bowl of Beijing Beef, and the portion size is miniscule. Lee’s Kitchen in Universal City is cheaper, and two people can eat from one meal. Sadly I won’t be back, Panda Express is too expensive for the amount of food.

This was one of my first times ever trying Panda Express. I was highly impressed with the food. The staff was very polite and I had no trouble at all. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice and it was very delicious. I also ordered the Rangoon for the first time. I was a little nervous because I have never had it before, but it was one of the best foods I have ever eaten. Highly Recommend!!!

The young girl at the window doesn’t know how to say thank you or your welcome. On top of that, I paid $1.25 each side of steak and got one side of steak and the other side was half empty but mostly vegetables. If I pay for steak, give me what I pay for. This place is a good example on how bad Panda Express has gotten. It normally like this at most their locations but this one is the worst.

Panda Express been my go to “fastfood” restaurant for years. I probably come to this one more often than the others. It my first time here with Victoria behind the counter. She’s by far the most pleasant and attentive employee I’ve seen at this restaurant and any other non-sitdown restaurant I’ve been to.

Repeatedly in this location. You order to pick up plates with teriyaki chicken. You ask for extra sauce, crew tells you there is sauce in the bag. You get home 35 min drive…. To find there is not even a single packet of teriyaki sauce. You call and you got asked “you called because there is no teriyaki sauce?” Yes. If it’s just grilled chicken the. I could have made that at home. The order stated teriyaki chicken, shouldn’t that be automatic to place it in the bag. Replacement meal was placed for future order. But definitely the quality of service is missing. Hope the managers do some extra training for this location

Got food at the drive thru. May 9th around 6pm. The young lady taking my order seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I was the only person in the drive thru, but i guess i wasnt ordering fast enough. She was cutting me off kept asking me if thats all. I was ordering for 5 ppl, and 3 kids. I would have bought more, but like your drive thru attendant i just wanted this experience to end.
