I ordered through the app and picked up using the drive thru. The girl at the window was grumpy and barely said two words. When I got home, I noticed that my order was missing an item. I ordered 4 things. How hard is it to count to 4? The food I did receive was good though, and it was also hot.

I ordered the Orange & the Sweet Fire chicken they were very good & tasty. My only complaint was the by the time I sat down 2 eat it, it was slightly above room temperature. Husband went to pick up dinner. Was served super stingy portions enough to have my husband ask for a little bit more for our plates. She sarcastically scooped 1 extra piece of chicken onto the plate and asked “is this enough for you”. On top of that she was very rude the whole encounter. As well as our Rangoon was missing stuffing.

My office received a family feast for 20 people this morning at around 11am here in Tomball , we all served our plates and just as I tried to grab another piece of my teriyaki chicken from my plate I found an elastic band on it , besides that the food was cold and I’m pretty sure this rice is old , I don’t understand how they’re standards are so low , either the management needs to change or the employee need to be trained better , this is gross

They are miserable. Every day they charge more for food and they serve you less, they almost tell you the pieces of food that they want you to have for lunch, but what they have never stopped doing is asking you for donations, but if they deny you the food that you pay for yourself, thieves

UPDATE 2 MONTHS LATER: never received a call or email from this location even after filing a corporate complaint. 20/10 do not recommend this location. Just tried going through the Drive Thru as I have a 5 month old baby with me. Didn’t tell me the total when I ordered, but said they would have it got me at the window. I was paying cash, given the total and had to get more change. Only one car was behind me at this point, but I was told to move up so they could take care of the car behind me. Wasn’t a problem bc a lot of fast food restaurants do that these days. Waited about 7 minutes until someone finally came out bc they were asking for me to come inside to pay?!? Ended up leaving, not worth my time. Not to mention my baby was crying at this point. What’s the point of a drive thru if I need to come inside to pay?

I went today through drive-thru and wasn’t even asked what I wanted. I had to call out several times to get the attendant to notice that there was someone in drive-thru. I wasn’t greeted. I wasn’t asked for the usual donation. And the attendant overall wishes flat-out rude. Her tone of voice was awful, it seemed like she didn’t care if I was there or not. I was also told that they were ran out of white steamed rice and that they don’t have Gatorade available even though it’s on their menu. They only had Powerade. The attendant at the drive-thru when I arrive to the window didn’t greet me either, she did not even acknowledge my presence all she did was ask me for the total. Didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauces or anything else. Honestly this is the worst Panda Express ever. I’ve never had this much trouble getting an order. Do not come here and expect great customer service. Also I called their store to ask for a manager and no one picked up the phone.
