I cannot believe how far and beyond the entire staff at this location has gone to correct a simple mistake on a busy day a few days ago. The managers and staff here have ALWAYS gone above and beyond mixing good food, and spectacular customer service in a clean environment no matter the amount of customers they have here. But today, they’ve all gone even beyond imagination and made me further understand why this is the ONLY Panda Express in all of the Houston area that I give my business to. Thank you, thank you, thank you way from the bottom of my heart.

We were so impressed with the team at the Tomball Panda Express when we visited. The food was all hot, fresh and well stocked. The young man who greeted us and took our order was exceptionally friendly and professional, but the whole crew was a well-oiled machine. One lady was taking the food temps often and keeping the line clean and others were taking orders, replenishing the food, cooking and keeping things in order. Everyone knew their job and took care of it with a good attitude.

The staff did not want to take any orders is the only thing. I’m sure it’s a great store but it was weird that the lights and open signs were on but no answer at drive thru at 8:30 pm. I pulled up to go inside and the two employees shut all the lights off lol. Guess it will be Popeyes tonight. I know they will take my order.

A nice young man Keonte has the best mannerisms and service ive came across in a LONG TIME. My family was so indecisive of what to get and he spent his time explaining different dishes that we were very interested in. i tried to give tip but he said he wouldnt take it, so heres my appreciation. Very neat store and only take away was teriyaki chicken being a little chewy.

So I come to this Panda fairly often. Service used to be great when the store opened, but has seen a steady decline. Now the place is pretty far from the upbeat but relaxed atmosphere it used to have. The customer service pretty much sucks now. The employees, in this case Michele, they don’t listen or even make any effort. I’m sure I’m setting my expectations way too high, but the thing is service and the food quality formerly was so much better. Probably will avoid this location in the future at this point.

Overall, I been to this Panda Express many times and not a single time I went has it disappointed me, you walk in that door, there’s always this one lady saying “Hello welcome to panda” most places I come to, they say, “Hi what can we get you” but the service is good. The food is freshly made and hot and ready to go! This by far is one of the best Panda Express I have been to compared to other places!

Stopped by after a medical visit today. Pleasantly greeted as soon as I opened the door. Food Is fresh and nicely displayed. Staff are friendly and provide service with a smile. Food is tasty. Competitive pricing. Ample parking.

Just moved to Tomball, TX from New York, & wanted some Asain food… never had Panda Express before, I asked my fans where to eat they requested a review. (I’m a YouTuber) The food is amazing, the manager is amazing, the only issue that I have with this establishment is…. There’s an employee of Asian decent that’s very rude, always have an attitude, even had a full conversation while taking my order me my order. I’m a veteran, that’s always bubbly and happy… why be rude to me? She has messed up my order in the past(while having a full conversation with another employee while helping me), and then became frustrated with me…even charged me for her errors… If you look to the photo when she recognized me she I was given vegetable vs the actually entree I ordered and it’s significantly smaller. Good luck if you are stopping by this location avoid placing your order with her.
