Refused service prior to advertised closing times. We pulled in at 9:20. There were two employees outside taking trash who said they were closed as I tried to open the door to find it locked. I asked if they closed early since the business hours said they were still open. They said lobby closes at 9 and drive thru at 9:30, I said okay so drive thru only, they looked at their phone and said well it’s 9:22 so we’re closed. Taco Bell took our $50 sale, though.

Tonight I got off work and didnt want to cook. Like alot of other people as it would seem on a sunday. They were busy with drive through and online orders. The cooks were fast and the people packing communicated the wait and you could see why. But they did get to me and took my order with a positive attitude and apologized for the wait again and thanked me and the person in front of me for being patient. They asked all the right questions to make sure I got what I wanted and communicated with the cooks on wait time and if I would like to wait. Very good staff!! And food was great! If you eat fast food in livingston you can understand how great it is to be treated with respect while just getting some food. They are busting their butts and deserved this little shout out. Keep it up and ill for sure be back. Ps the hot orange chicken is back and I couldn’t be happier!!! Give the cooks my warmest regards, they were on point tonight.

Bring your own knife if you’re dining inside…they do not have any. It was hard to eat big chunks of broccoli and cabbage without using one! But I did love their new fire shrimp!

I want to say the employees were amazing especially since they had 10 mins left before closing and i didnt realize it… They was still very polite and didnt even mention they was closing soon. Shaban was giving superb customer service to my family and everyone when we were there! My kids love every bite, that’s one of the main reasons we like Panda. This location cooks the food so good and fresh every time.

I was there today to pick up a Door Dash delivery for a customer. I could see the order sitting behind the counter and it was ready. I was ignored for a minute or so, so I just said “Door Dash” to let them know I wasn’t waiting to order food. A woman said to me, rudely, “I’m just cooking!” Right in front of all the other employees and they acted like it was ok for her to talk to me like that, while my customer’s food sat there getting cold.

The food is what it is for fast food but the service here is horrible. The employees have attitudes and like they just hate having to do any work. If you order food online they will not make it till you come to pick it up. There is no since of urgency at all.
