I came In to this location tonight ( 2/4/2026) the line was long which was to be expected because it’s dinner time. There was only 1 person working the line… which was the guy in black so I guess it was the manager. Another employee tried to help and the manager told him no, work on something else and pointed elsewhere. Finally got to the check out and I let the employee know I have a coupon for a free small entree… he didn’t know how to work the register so he had to get another employee to help him. The other employee tells me to scan it so I do. I also had gift cards so I used those. Once I got to my vehicle I realize that even tho I scanned the coupon, it didn’t take the money off like it was supposed to. Only got 1 fortune cookie even tho I had 2 different plates… and the employee asked me if I want one instead of normally getting them in the bag. I definitely will not be going back to this location and will not recommend any of my family to go there either.

The food here is good, but whoever is preparing it around 5 PM needs to be addressed. When I’m paying nearly $13 for a Bigger Plate, I expect to receive the portion that comes with it. The last two times I’ve visited at that time, the portions have been noticeably smaller than what I paid for. Unfortunately, that makes a big difference to me and will determine whether I choose to return to this location again.

I have never given a Panda restaurant below 5 star rating but this one was on the 2 to 3 star range.
It was 39 degrees outside and the A/C was on. I was told it was hot behind the counter and that the manager was not there to turn a/c off.
All tables were dingy dirty! No food or plates on them but hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down.
The food was cooked good like all panda restaurants.

Everytime I come in here Mrs. Desiree who typically works as the cashier, she is just the sweetest, her customer service is phenomenal!!! she also got me hooked on the watermelon mango flavored refresher, absolutely my favorite!!

I usually never have any problems with this place but I decided to get something different and I got the steak and broccoli and let me say.. I wasted money as the broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way and tasted old as heck. The green beans were hard.. ughhhhh home cooked meal is where its at I guess

Burnt food always and very poor customer service. I work in the area and I wanted to give this place a chance to get their act together but unfortunately they don’t want to. They never have food ready and always have you waiting for at least 15 minutes. It’s been times that they make you wait and they forget that you are waiting and start to serve other customers and make it seem like it’s your fault for not paying attention. As busy as this area is, you would think that food would constantly cooking but nope. As high as the prices are here, you would expect a better experience.

Just went here through the drive through and I got orange chicken and broccoli beef with fried rice. I also got soy sauce. However, when I got home to sit down and eat my dinner there was not a single piece of beef and barely any orange chicken. Also one of the soy sauce packets had exploded all over everything. So if you go here be sure to check your food.

I went in at 6 PM to get a play get a plate with white rice and was told by the manager who happen to be serving that they were out of white rice and it would be ready in 30 minutes, so I went across the street to Walmart, did my shopping came back and again asked for a plate with white rice and they said they were completely out of white rice, I asked the manager why she told me 30 minutes before and she ignored my question and.pointed at the other two.side. She didn’t even apologize. I know they were busy but that’s no excuse for poor customer service

Food was mushy and had grissl, not to mention the soda fountain inoperable, (Dr. Pepper all carbonation and no syrup)
To top it off, there’s a “Sanitation” bucket with swamp water with a rag floating in it situated in the middle of the utensil counter and drink station.
The combination of the second bad bite of food and seeing that as well as seeing employees cross contaminate the handling of things made me sick.
The manager had attitude when a refund was requested.
No apology or asking of why we wanted a refund ever was approached.
Just a bad attitude.
Yuk!
