So I’m just eating my food and notice a piece of hair in it. At first I thought it was mine but I realized I took my wig off . My bf said the service was cool they were just busy. I don’t appreciate having hair in my food tho. I was at home and the place is 15 mins away so I didn’t have the time to turn around but I’d appreciate someone getting back to me for some kind of solution.

I ordered a bowl with beef and broccoli. I was given FOUR PIECES of meat, as illustrated in the attached photo. I was told the portion was correct at the store. Other customers were also complaining about the portions while we were there. When we returned home, we counted the portion and realized there were four pieces of meat. We called the store and were told to come back to the store for a larger portion. So, we drove all the way back to the store just to be told, again, by a woman named Fatima, that they stand by this potion as correct. This is a $9 bowl. Will be emailing corporate about their portion and will be avoiding this location in the future. They are scamming customers. Hopefully their staff and Fatima can receive additional training or portion size and customer relations.

This location is unorganized A lot of people come in with other people and if you go by yourself and your order is complete your food will sit there until all the people who have 2 people or more ordering before you get their food. They make you wait and your food is no longer warm because they don’t want to hand you your food because they go in order of who came first. You will wait for them to cook more food for the other people who ordered before you..If the order is complete let that person pay and get out of the way..It’s packed because everyone is waiting for their order… It isn’t enough room in there to begin with and there are people trying to eat in there while everyone is standing in their faces and spaces…Not okay…It is always going to take longer to prepare the orders for people who come in a group. Why punish the person who comes in by themselves. The cashier was walking away by the food. That is unsanitary. If you are helping with the cashiering why are you walking over to put food in someone bowl or on that side of the duties . It was a chaotic mess. The other location I go to is organized. during their busy times they get you in and out quickly. I will not return to this location.

I ordered a large catering order to be delivered. Was missing the tray of spring rolls. Called the store 16 TIMES, from my cell as well as from a land line to be hung up on because they “couldn’t hear”, which is crazy because I called from a land line as well. Was finally told that I could have a credit the next time I come in to the store. I live an hour away, and was on this side of town. I most likely would have never come to the store, being as though I don’t live over here.

Ripped me off. I ordered a Family Meal but gave the Doordasher a bag of sauces and fortune cookies and was charged full price. They tried to say the Doordasher left with the bag of those items only and left without taking the rest of my order. A bunch of liars and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I visited location on 07/19 and ordered a plate and bigger plate. Both plates had double chili crisp chicken, with the addition of Beijing beef as the third entree for the bigger plate. Once we arrived home my daughter brought her plate back and said she only ate the rice, because the meat (chili crisp chicken) was raw. I go and take a bite out of it and it is in fact raw and soft as soon as you. I look through more pieces and they’re pink inside and nowhere near fully cooked. HOW did this happen exactly??? I immediately called and asked to speak to a mgr and was told no mgr was there, but that I could speak to the shift lead Allison. I spoke with Allison and told her what was going on and as I looked over my receipt, I noticed that Cedric charged us for a premium meat (black pepper steak) with the bigger plate instead of the beijing beef that we actually ordered. I advised Allison of this and she stated we could either have an egg roll or rangoon in place of it, because that was the only thing close in value of the premium charge of $1.50. Before hanging up she apologized & I told her it was okay, because mistakes happen and she stated that if I came back today, 07/20 before 2PM she would be there. Otherwise, she’d leave a note so that whoever was there was aware.

I go back this evening to get the food replaced and everyone is scrambling trying to find the receipt that was supposed to be left behind and NEVER found it… I explained what happened and eventually was told to wait as they prepared the fresh chili crisp chicken, which I asked to be made all the way. Before I could say that I wanted to order another plate, the older asian guy rudely looked past me and asked the customer begging me how he could help them. I then told him I was not done & wanted to order something else and he was insisting on taking my order, but for to him being so eager to force me out of the way I told him to go ahead and take the next person’s order.

I, myself ordered a bigger plate with teryaki, honey walnut shrimp & orange chicken, but also had to wait for fresh shrimp as there was not enough for even 1 serving. I wait and wait and finally get my food, get all the way home to realize not only were there ZERO walnuts in the honey walnut shrimp, but the chili crisp chicken was also DRY with none of the hot honey oil on top of either order. This location used to be really good, but due to whatever team or management changes that have been made has drastically made this location poor and no longer enjoyable. Employees are rude and don’t put in any effort to fully assist or satisfy customers without trying to push you out of the line. It was a total WASTE to come back and have the food replaced for it to still not be completed to its full potential and to also order MORE food that is also incomplete.

I was asked to leave a review on my last visit prior to this experience, which was good actually and forgot to leave it. Well here’s your review Panda. I will NOT be returning. I’ll take the loss of money and incomplete food if it means never coming back here again.

Pictures show receipts, validating my orders and the zero walnuts in the incomplete honey walnut shrimp. A total wasteeee of my time coming back here again to only further my disappointment. Absolutely TRASH!!!

I came here mid day like around 1:30 I sat and read the menu. Because it was my first time there. No one explained it even said hello as I walked in. This is my order coconut shrimp with fried rice I got mushroom chicken in the side to which I asked the server if it was more she didn’t respond I found out when I checked out it was. I didn’t want to be rude so I keep it even though it cut extra. I watched the young woman make my food she was young black girl. she blatantly scooped these pieces of chicken into mushroom bowel did not care one bit! It takes 2 seconds to remove what does not belong that was bad customer service to me because how would you feel if it was you on top of giving me sub par portions of the shrimp won’t be coming back I should have just went to salata!!!! The rice was stale and the shrimp was flavorless horrible
