I love this place. The folks who work here are always so kind and considerate. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. Plus they’re the only place I know that still serves Gold Peak Raspberry iced tea. And it’s always nice and clean too. Highly recommend!

You guys desperately need to retrain your employees on how to actually cook fries. The only time I’m never getting undercooked, yes I said undercooked, is when I ask for them to be extra crispy. THAT JUST MAKES THEM ACTUALLY COOKED, NOT CRISPY. This isn’t a one-time thing. It’s getting really old paying for undercooked Regular Cajun Fries then have to pop them in the oven even though I PAY YOU GUYS for cooking it. I’ve worked at five guys before and know for a fact this is disgusting.

A little pricey especially for someone of low income but the veggie sandwich was incredible. They don’t skimp out on you with the onions and mushrooms!
Best of all was the service. Thank you to the young lady named Thea! I was having a very anxious day and her smile and lovely demeanor immediately made me feel better again!

The food is still good, but something is up. I’ve ordered five guys many times the last couple months, and there’s been a steady decrease in fries. Today there was only one cup worth of fries in my takeout bag. I’ve been eating at this location for years and it’s usually at least twice this much. I don’t know if there’s new management or something, but isn’t the whole deal with $4 fries that you get a lot more than the cup?!
I love five guys. I don’t want to hate on them. But I am very disappointed with this recent development.

Just finished my burger. In a state of burger Nirvana, I am leaving the same comment on both locations:
Five Guys is the best fast-food establishment in town. The burgers are second to none. The fries are second to none. Both restaurants are super, super clean and deliver consistently friendly experiences, with smooth in-store and online experiences. I’ve never waited long at all for a pickup order.
I will continue to come back every week.

Always great, but is it a rule that they don’t clean tables here? I come here and love the food, but there is rarely a clean table. But, if you look behind the counter there are plenty of people here to clean them, not doing anything.
