I read the reviews the good ones were months ago. The last 2 times I’ve been in ALL the tables were dirty, when I asked if they could clean a table, I was given a dirty look and she wiped it with a napkin…. management is not real Dependable, rude employees,food is inconsistent, temperatures on food are NOT safe… today I came in again All tables are dirty so I took pictures…such a shame, everyone was Hoping this would be a great option to eat at..

Way to go Brownwood! A much needed staple in this town. The food was excellent! We got the family meal and all 4 items were super fresh and delicious.. we joined the rewards program to get additional points as well as the 20% off our first order, but for some reason their QR Code scanner wasn’t working.. the manager came right over to help out with the situation and honored the discount. Extremely friendly and very polite staff. Management was top notch, this place is going to do great in Brownwood!

I was here about 3 months ago. Walked in. They were out of white rice. Then they were out of soy sauce. Then they were our of fortune cookies. Then I got food poisoning from the teriyaki chicken. I went today, 10 minutes I waited for them to take my order after being greeted. I left.

The last 3 times we have gone to Panda Express we have not had a good experience. The service has been horrible with it taking a long time to order to staff being unfriendly to the good being mediocre at best. We would love to be able to continue going there to eat but it has to get better.

We thought we’d give panda express a chance today haven’t been in in a couple of months went in at about 130 not much traffic in the parking lot. Don’t bother. We’ve tried this place three different times. Either they close because they have supply issues or the online orders are never received so never made and can’t be found. But they take your money straight up. Then have you wait an hour until they find your order even though you can show them on the app.
