Here is another fastfood restaurant I think is not getting a fair shake. A lot of complaints I have read were about the wait and running out of food. If you ever have visited the Harker heights location you know that the line is always long especially during peak hours. One good thing about them is that the food is always cooked fresh, so some of that wait is due to them cooking more food as it runs out. The service is always top notch and the workers are very dedicated to serving their customers. Also if you have any issues with them they tend to resolve them without hesitation. Would be 5 stars but I have to agree that the food doesn’t always seem seasoned, but they are cooking for hundreds at a time and not for 1 or 2 customers at a time

The day after eating here I got food poisoning. I usually don’t eat here but was out and thought I would give it a try. Today I have really bad food poisoning symptoms from the orange chicken and noodles. My child ate some of the noodles and was complaint hisntummy hurt last night but I thought nothing of it until I too got sick.

First thing I noticed was there was more staff than customers (usually the other way around in most places). My overall experience was rather daunting. I sort of had to fend for myself. I didn’t know where anything was, i.e.,condiments, utensils, napkins etc. There were no plastic knives to cut your food with so I ended up eating with my fingers (I had the Super Greens Salad) and couldn’t cut up the broccoli. Plus there were no spoons either. The guy behind the counter was hard of hearing so I had to yell for everything I needed and it still didn’t help so I gave up. He appeared to be uncomfortable with his job. The rest of the staff seemed pre-occupied with whatever they were doing. My food was stuffed into a very small container, making it difficult to navigate my food with just a fork. This occurred on Thurs. 2/12/26 around lunchtime btwn 11:45-1:30pm. I doubt if I’ll be returning here. Very unpleasant atmosphere.

Did a pick up order through their website. They didn’t put my daughters beef and broccoli in her meal just rice. I am pissed. Just a reminder to check my order before driving off. I noticed this location had done this to cub meals. Please tighten up. Some of us do not play about our children.

As soon as I drove up to the drive thru a young lady she look Mexican answers asking if I want a bowl or plate with a attitude I told her that I was picking up a order and she told us that we have to wait so we waited for 30 min and drove back up their when we got a message that our food was readfyand she had a attitude while giving us our food. they messed up our order and barley gave any beef and broccoli and food and forgot a food do not recommend coming here and we’re also standing around talking

I know what it is about this panda express feel like I always get ripped off every time I come here and they always take forever. They gave me one small scoop of chow mein and a scoop and a half of rice, five pieces of honey walnut shrimp and somehow my broccoli beef taste burnt and the broccoli isn’t cooked all the way. But my chicken eggroll was decent. And upon further inspection two of my shrimp are from the spicy shrimp

I took two bites and my stomach started gurgling. The shrimp tasted at least a day old. I ordered firecracker shrimp and super greens. I definitely didn’t get that! Very, very salty too

Ordered plate meal with stringbean chicken breast, black pepper chicken, 2 egg rolls, cream cheese rangoons for delivery by uber eats. The order was wrong, I got black pepper steak instead of black pepper chicken. I got all string beans 2 small pieces of chicken. The noodles and rice cold. Cream cheese cold and soggy, egg rolls cold and soggy. Then I tried to call no one answered the phone. This was the worst ordered I have ever had and I paid for it. I will not be eating or ordering from this sorry restaurant again. I will also be posting a review to higher headquarters as well. What if I was allergic to the steak? Horrible food and customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Beware!!!
