Went through drive through and Kantanawut P was my server, got the main portion of my order but literally did not add anything else that I asked for, I wanted a order of crab rangoons and I asked for a side of the teriyaki glaze and he said everything was added but when I was handed my food with my receipt he only put my plate meal and nothing else. What a waste of an experience

Chow Mein was good, could have used more onion/garlic. Rice could have used more veggies. Spring rolls were perfect, as were the rangoons. The restaurant/restrooms were spotless and the staff was top notch. We live rural, so stop in everytime we pass through Gainesville and get enough food for a few meals.

I recently ordered fried rice, noodles, orange chicken, and broccoli beef from your location. Unfortunately, the broccoli beef had no beef included, only broccoli. In addition, the fried rice was overcooked and burnt, and a large portion of rice was added, seemingly to compensate for the missing beef. The overall quality and service were very poor, and I feel this order did not meet your usual standards. I am requesting a refund for this order.

Lady who scooped my food was extremely rude
I asked her if I could get half pepper steak and half orange chicken she said no and walked away after scooping up my food meanwhile the customer in front of me was able to get half and half from another worker.
Lady’s room was out of toilet paper and service was terrible

I’ve usually skipped Panda Express unless it was the only option, but this location changed my mind. The orange chicken was outstanding, even reheated later it was still great. Whatever they’re doing differently here works. I’ll definitely be back soon.

So happy I stopped here on my road trip, finally got to try the Beyond Orange Chickn, and it was pretty good. Finally get to have the dish again now that they’ve come out with the vegan alt.

I tried to tell the counter person that my mushroom chicken was mostly fat, and he said there isn’t anything I can do about it. The chicken comes pre cut and pre packaged. Huge turn-off!!
