This place is awful! Ordered a bowl with greens with mushroom chicken. The bowl was full of greens with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Asked for a refund, because why would I pay $9 for that, and they would not give me my cash back would only do a gift card, as if I would go back there and spend my money. They claim it is policy they cant give cash back, but if you look online their policy is to refund in the same method you paid. I don’t think any of them know how to do a refund so they put no effort in trying to learn! Laziness!! After calling corporate, we indeed should have been given cash back. We called the location back and the manager refused to get on the phone to speak with us and still refused to give us our cash back! Customer service is horrible. I will never go back to this location again and by the sound of previous reviews sounds like the district and regional manager need to clean house! And why are they not giving full portions when we are being charged for it?

If you feel like waiting for your food and keep being told 5 more minutes every 10 minutes you ask, then this is the place to order food for pick up. Our food was supposed to be ready at 6:53 for pickup. It wasn’t ready until 7:45. There were more than 6 others waiting for their online order while we watch a line of people eating inside getting their orders made. Drive through is a mess and the manager is on their phone texting and laughing. What a lovely place….

This place is busy all the time. Food was good and they are better at this store than some about keeping fresh food up but when they are slammed it feels crazy in there. Food was hot. Order correct and employees were attentive and gave good portions.

The place was very clean, and the service was quick and the employees were really friendly. Ali was super sweet and she even came to our table to make sure everything was tasting good and that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and very good portions. Also, the restrooms were really clean! My new favorite Panda Express restaurant!

Strange thing happened right after I used my credit card for food at Panda. The server excused himself while he had my credit card. Took a long time to get my food. For some reason I looked up activity on my credit card as soon as I got home and discovered a charge for walk fit in the amount of 66.00 posted right after the Panda charge which I did not make. I’ve reported the charge as fraudulent. Won’t be dining at Panda again and will make sure my family members know not to use their card at the hwy 144 store.

Ordered dinner online here Friday night 9/19 and a box was missing when i picked up. i called and came back and Christian and Em were very kind and understanding. They knew i had to drive back and made the situation right!! I didn’t even have to ask. That is what customer service is about!!Wanted to give them a shout out.
Funny thing that happened when i got back home after we had to drive again to pick up our food, thanks to this situation, our dog got to enjoy my whole order of honey walnut shrimp, 2 fortune cookies and even ate the fortune for one of the cookies!

This location always seems a bit busy, but still seems to not be crowded on the inside. Easy to find a table. The staff always seems to be on task keeping it clean. The food is good, though they often seem low or out of some items.

Stopped in for a Panda bowl vegetable greens and honey walnut shrimp. Best time to get the shrimp is when it’s just cooked, breading is crunchy. If it sits there for awhile it gets soggy. Staff very polite…it’s a Texas thing.

Staff is not welcoming when guests walk in. An employee just kept on making to go orders and would not greet anyone while a line formed at the counter to order. She old have at least liked up, acknowledged guests and said someone will be right with you. Something!

Worse drive through ever. Took our order and then we waited at the window for atleast 20 minutes while they served everyone else inside the building. We ended up just leaving.
