I stopped in at this location yesterday afternoon. I ordered a club sub and it was very delicious! I’m writing this review to just say that their staff were EXCELLENT! They were all very friendly and engaging, you could tell that even though they had to go to work, they were determined to have a great day and be upbeat. They were striking up conversations with their guests and almost every one of them said bye to me as I was leaving. I hope you look back on your time sheets from Friday December 12, 2025 at 2PM and give everyone that was staffed something generous for Christmas on their paychecks!

The food here was really good. The BEST part of my visit was your employee, Nick! He was so friendly, engaging, and helpful. You know a lot of restaurants have comparable food, prices and atmospheres, but what will keep a customer coming back, is the customer service received. Just Nick’s customer service alone will have me returning!!

When this store first opened the chicken Philly sandwich had a good amount of meat and peppers. Now, under the new owners, there’s barely any meat or peppers. The flavor of the meat is good, but it tastes like I’m eating a cheese sandwich due to the lack of meat. Also, since the workers have to weigh everything now the service is slower!

The food was amazing. I would have taken a picture of it if I weren’t so hungry. The girl working there with red hair was pretty great and made sure the sub was made to my liking and her liking. Everyone was super nice. Will definitely be back. I recommend to get mayonnaise and the pepper relish they have. It’s delicious

I placed an online order for this location, and paid $21 for my food, but it was not made. The cashier said they been having internet issues, which I know is true because I could not use my phone inside the store. Cashier spoke to a manager, however he never spoke with me to resolve the issue. I will not be returning to this location.
