Food was fresh and tasted well for a counter stock pick and choose. Portion sizes are far more pluntiful when eat in compared to take out. Would like to see new items on the menu since most meals are either different sauce or vegetable variation. Super greens are a bit boring and the need so different stir fry veggies. Overall a better choice than fast burger plates but still a lot of calories and lots of carbs. Service was very polite and offered tastes if you ask

I ordered the fried rice bowl with orange chicken. The orange chicken tasted funny which was weird.. i used to live in Arizona i loved their orange chicken so i ordered my usual. Again the orange chicken tasted funny, idk if it was the sauce or the chicken but i immediately wanted to either swap it out for something else or get i refund bc i barely touched the food.
So i decided to swap it for the shrimp, she was like well it’ll be an extra charge so i was like how much, she rung it up, talking about $5. You know when a customer bring something back you would think they would take the difference of what i paid & ring it up like that… for her to tell me i would’ve had to pay an extra $5 because she doesn’t know how to count is insane. I know damn well it ain’t $10 for no shrimp. I said you know what give me my money back & take this nasty food. Yall be hiring anybody that don’t know simple English or math. Do better.

Pretty sure we were the first customers in today. Everything was fresh and tasted great! Hilda assisted us today and was very helpful even after more people started to show up. Great multitasker and polite despite it. We’ve never had any issues come up at this location!

Super bad service. Third time I try to eat a specific chicken and they never have it prepared on time. They tell you I’m going to wash your face to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Very different from the other pandas who always have everything ready. 0 stars

This place use to be so great but now ,its always give me a hard time either with my orders being wrong , something missing or the employee are giving me a hard time. I gave them my name, somehow the name was different on my order , this is so unprofessional of a fast food establishment You should not treat people like that keep your personal opinion out of a public establishment that you don’t even own.

Today I used the Panda App and there is a huge difference between going in and waiting in line and getting an order filled and the quality of the online or App order. When I returned to work with my food, My app order was small scraps of fried dough with orange sauce and not the Chicken I ordered. Parking was a nightmare and took 15 minutes to get in and out. Not enough parking spaces, 12 in the front and 10 in the back. I did not save any time by using the app at this location.

Have always enjoyed this location however today was a big miss. Initially wanted honey walnut shrimp but they said all out. ( 8pm Sunday night and they close at 10) Few choices. The orange chicken was mainly breading and over cooked. The fried rice was undercooked rice and almost tooth breaking. The spring roll and chicken roll were weird tasting, and strange texture. The teriyaki chicken tasted like burnt sugar. Completely disappointed. Hopefully they can get back to good, but I will hit Pei Wei or a local place for a while. I actually drove thru McDonald’s for a burger to take home. I was a bit worried the Food didn’t look good but at that point I was committed to seeing if it was them ( Panda) or me. LoL. It was them. 🙁
