I just received my uber eats delivery. I ordered 2 DOUBLE plates with only chow mein for the side, 1 w double orange chicken, and one w double honey sesame. I got a box of just noodles, no orange chicken at all, and only one portion of honey sesame. Man! Im at work, and only option is ubering, which costs me double! Wheres my meat bruh???

The rude little girl taking my order today needs to be fired. Cutting people off while they are ordering and getting mad because someone does not want to donate is unprofessional. We told her no we don’t want to donate and her dumb response, with an attitude was “ You don’t want to round up!” We pull up and ask the girl at the window if she was the one who took our order and she said she wasn’t. My husband told her the girl who took our order was rude and her sorry excuse was they are on a 3 minute window to take orders, that was the stupidest excuse!! Management I hope you are reading this because y’all need a whole new staff or a better manager to help teach these young and dumb kids how to handle customers.

Had a bad batch of food and called them and was told that they would replace it and we could come in anytime up to a couple months for replacement food. When I went in, gave him my name and let him know again what we had then was grilled about what was wrong with it he gave us what they had offered 2 weeks ago and made my wife and I feel like criminals!! I will NEVER EVER BE BACK!

Very friendly staff, clean facility. Honestly one of the best Panda Express locations I’ve been to. Haven’t tried the drive thru yet but I’m sure it is just as great as the inside. I was eating by myself and TV allowed for a healthy distraction.

Why is it so hard to include the sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Called and yes they apologized and welcomed us to come back and pick some up. Just what I want to do after getting home. And no soups at this location. Why is that. Well doubtful for a return.

Not worth the money. They put just enough food to cover the bottom of the plate. The side entree is a tiny box already and they only filled it half way. My mother’s bowl was not any better, she said the noodles were mostly cabbage and she got 1 piece of chicken in her chicken and mushrooms. She showed me the bowl before she started eating and only filled half way.

On Thursday evening last week (3rd of Nov), I was in line and got up to the order box after serving the person in front of me. They told me along the lines that “we have to close the restaurant early due to a work related accident.” So I showed up today a week later around the same time and then they kept mid-ordering my food at the drive through! They even got my order wrong in the end on top of taking 30 minutes. I mean, how hard is it to ask for an order like, “bigger plate with steamed rice?” My 6 year old nephew can listen better than that. You hardly deserve 1 out of 5, there is no option for zero. I will not be coming back, save yourself a headache.

After ordering through the app, I went to pick up my food to find the dining room closed with no sign present to state why. We then went through the drive through ti get the order and were told by the person manning to window that the manager “just walked out on us and said we can’t put up a sign.” I made sure to let the employee know that I had contacted corporate but that we understood why they decided to close the dining room and advise them to put a sign up to cover them from any angry customers.
