Waited 30 minutes in drive through for 3 cars ahead of me. Granted I started in the drive through at 8:30. Were almost out of Beijing beef and asked to puck another side but gave me some of the rest of Beijing beef for free to compensate. The guy was very nice and I haven’t had to wait this long before when coming here.

They never have chicken teriyaki or chicken egg rolls. Then they messed up my order, and I ended up getting two flavors I didn’t want. Needs new employees that will keep things stocked. It’s always “that’s gonna be 10 minutes more. No one is in line. It’s not even busy. I bet because people know they will not have what they want which is the basic chicken teriyaki and egg roll. So they don’t want to work. Moving on to the next location a few minutes away.

Ordered on the app. The app says show up at a certain time & I show up past that “ready for pickup” time & turns out the staff is BARELY starting on my order. I understand you have customers ordering in drive thru & upfront but that’s why mine is online & giving me a pick up time. I arrived AFTER my pickup time. Horrible service!

This location closes at 10. I stopped in at 9:30 and there is no entries available . The worker offered 20% off on the rice because that was all they had. Seems like they should close at 9 if that’s the case. This has happened to me more than once.

First time experience. I ordered multiple dishes. Panda Bowl, Plate and the Bigger Plate. Various menu items today I’ve never seen. You are able to sample whatever you like. Food was constantly being out out fresh!! They provide mobile/ online ordering. There was a Doordasher in and out to deliver food. Staff was able to service drive thru and the counter effortlessly. Staff member Ricardo NAILED IT!!! OUTSTANDING service and thanks for making experience awesome. Got home and food is still hot and taste good.
