I went there to get lunch today for me and 2 coworkers. Out of mushroom chicken, steak, teriyaki chicken, and fried shrimp. The lady was extremely rude and had an attitude. I left and will never go to a Panda Express restaurant again! Not only was half of the food unavailable. They where not busy and the employee was extremely rude!

The service provided in drive thru was phenomenal. Lillian / Lilly assisted us and was so super respectful, sweet and friendly. She made our evening. Will definitely be back!!

Old broccoli and beef. I called to tell them this didn’t taste good. And I told them I wouldn’t recommend them serving it to anyone else, the manager got a attitude and said “I don’t understand, your not going to get sick” and seemed to me like she was more worried about not throwing away her product than serving this out to us. Look how old the broccoli looks. And she tells me the ingredient is off. No, the food is old.

My husband and I placed an order, and honestly, one of the employees had a really sour attitude. My husband asked for a specific meat, and she was about to give him the wrong one. When we corrected her, instead of just fixing it, she snapped back saying that wasn’t the name of the meat. The funny part is that the label on the display case clearly said the name my husband used. When I pointed that out, she got even more annoyed.
I get it—it’s not easy working on a Sunday for minimum wage, but at the end of the day, customers aren’t the ones to blame. The food itself was good, no complaints there, but the customer service was really disappointing.
Hopefully, she’ll one day find a job she actually enjoys and gets paid better, because maybe then her attitude would match the quality of the service.

Terrible location. Manager should be fired. Food is never kept up with and they won’t offer to prepare more. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Walked out without ordering on last visit.

I stop to panda just because my daughter wants Panda but after this experience I never going to come back to this location I place my order at the speaker I came to the window young lady ask me for my order I told her my order she was frustrated and Sophia came and said that they don’t have my order that I need to came around the drive thru again because that’s no fair that person behind me already order I said I placed my order, let me talk to the manager on duty, she said we don’t have manager on Sunday really??? Who is in charge if something happens? Well we don’t have nobody !! I ask for the GM and his name is Kevin also I request his phone number but she just ignored me, I went to Jack in the box better service , they have a manager on duty and cheaper, Jack in Box definitely gained another client.!!!

I’m never impressed with any of pandas food. I don’t even consider it real Chinese food. But I’m making an exception today, because this panda was really really good from the freshness, and texture and taste of the chow-mien. To all the meats that I had. It was just really good. Very flavorful, and not over cooked. Even the portion size was above average. 5 ⭐️ all day. I’m such a good critic, but this place Got it right. Good chef. Good Job!

The food here is really good. I came today Wednesday at lunch and the ladies working were very kind. I didn’t have the same good experience when we came a couple of days ago on a Sunday. One of the employees was a little rough with us. But today was perfect.
