Ah, the culinary adventure that was my visit to this fine establishment! Picture this: I stroll in at the prime time of 7:35 PM, only to be greeted by the eerie silence of an empty restaurant. The lady behind the counter, clearly in the midst of dismantling the hot bar like a demolition expert, informs me that sides are a thing of the past. No worries, I thought, as I was only after sandwiches for my kids. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of my gastronomic disappointment.
Upon arriving home, I unwrapped my treasures to find buns that were more “flimsy white” than the “brioche” promised on the menu. And the brisket? Let’s just say it was more of a suggestion than a filling. As if that wasn’t enough to make me question my life choices, I discovered I had been charged for plates instead of sandwiches. A classic bait-and-switch, if you will.
The service was a masterclass in awkwardness. I walked in, and the only greeting I received was my own. It was as if I had entered a parallel universe where customer service was optional.
And the sauce? Oh, the sauce! A watery concoction that seemed to have been poured with the precision of a toddler filling a cup. The containers were generously filled halfway, because who doesn’t love a little mystery with their meal?
This relatively new location has certainly left a lasting impression—one that I won’t be revisiting anytime soon. Spring Creek, just down the street, is now my go-to for BBQ. I attempted to call the establishment to address the overcharge, but alas, my calls went unanswered. Perhaps it’s a sign that this place is destined for the great BBQ graveyard in the sky. Until then, I’ll be enjoying my meals elsewhere

I got a brisket sandwich meal in the drive thru. Service was fast and great. Sandwich was great, however I got the potato salad as my side. Nastiest potato salad I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t hardly eat it. Way too much mustard in it.
I won’t be getting it again.

This is the best Dickeys I’ve been to in probably 20 years. Many of them are rundown and should be closed. This one is the exception. I’ve eaten here three or four times and never been disappointed. They always have a couple of daily specials to help with the high cost of barbecue, their rolls are so much better than the other Dickeys I’ve been to. The people running the place seem to be competent and it so far has never been crowded.

I believe her name is korin, but she has helped me in the drive thru every time and when I say she makes this low key phenomenal dickies, which is hard to say in texas the home of bbq shine, every plate out if this place is phenomenal and the customer service is second to none and korin needs to be corporate somewhere due to her fantastic skills and execution will be returning many many times in the future

Tonight at Dickey’s I had a baked potato with brisket in it. I added a little butter to potato. Food was good. Portion was plenty. The service was friendly. Husband had ham and brisket with sides. My husband liked his dinner. We both had dinner roll. Typical BBQ and dependable taste.

Always great coming here and the food is so good!! Service is always fast even when they’re fairly busy and the restaurant is clean and tidy. I love their polish sausage and they’re sandwiches while my dad always gets their rib plate. (I always steal a rib) Very good food for a good price compared to other BBQ around here!

Good BBQ and fixings (plus tasty sauces). I enjoy the app and taking advantage of loyalty rewards or promotion I get from being on their email list when I can. Lots of seats for dining in and good for bringing the kids or equally good as takeout/delivery to enjoy at home.

This location is one of my top two favorite Dickey’s locations in DFW. Food was fresh, tasty and the staff and management were great. The rolls!

I enjoyed the ribs and brisket. The brisket was lean and the green beans with bacon reminded me of my grandmother’s. The only thing is we were missing the macaroni sausage dish.
