Order two plates with double orange chicken. The chicken was dark, tough and looked burned. I took the orders back to the restaurant and ask for another order because of the issues. I was told all the orange chicken looked like that, but that it was fine. She said her manager thought the same things but tasted it and said it was fine. I am a long time customer of Panda Express and I have never seen the chicken this dark. So I requested a refund, the cashier said ‘they’ don’t give refunds. I asked her how are you going to tell me I can’t get my money back, she said that is what she was told no refund because the drawer would be short. I told her I paid with my card. Then she said she wouldn’t know how to refund a card. I asked was that a Panda Express policy and she said their location’s policy, but she doesn’t know about other locations. I then asked for a manager, she told me she was not a manager but she was in charge. Savanna was very nice but I was very disappointed in the food and how the situation was handled.

It’s very upsetting that the staff takes immediate care of the drive thru orders and ignore the people in the store. When they serve the meat choices, they are very careful NOT to give you an extra teaspoon of it. It’s like each ounce saved is extra money in their pocket. Will not return to this location. I can only hope that this franchise owner reads this.

Very racist employees along with the managers with blue and black shirts on. I walked into the restaurant to do a doordasher order everyone standing around and when I walked to the pick up everyone walked away laughing and smiling. Drive thru wait at the window 9 to 10 minutes because they were cooking more chow main and on top of this my order was missing the main protine like how does that happen? My meal had only rice and let me add the portion wasn’t much. I advise everyone to check your order before driving off because it’s not worth the drive back .

Never had a problem till today don’t know what was going on through the cooks head today but instead of orange chicken I got orange shrimp and I’m allergic to shrimp so that means somehow the chicken and shrimp were cooked together because it doesn’t even have the coating as the honey nut walnut shrimp would ! I tried to call but it took me 8 minutes on hold just to say what happened I understand being busy but you don’t know what allergies people have and contaminating a whole batch isn’t ok

So I just went on 5/25/23 at 7:31 pm the food is not what I’m complaining about it’s just I asked to not donate and they still charged me for a donation. And it wasn’t a mistake I said it loud and clear maybe it was to meet their quota but I think it was still wrong.

Restaurant is slowly losing it good costumer service last visit tables were dirty food pots were almost empty it was hard to choose what to eat with empty pots and had to wait for food to be cooked and with the rush chicken wasn’t well cook at the end I didn’t enjoy my food had to throw away half of the plate ☹️
