Why are y’all even open? Do you even care about your business?
There’s ZERO Customer Service!
I remember the days when ALL locations would greet people as they walked in the door… “Welcome to Panda”!!
~ You had one person to service the frontline…
~ You had two people covering the drive-thru…
~ ONE cook working hard to keep up with all those drive-through orders (I suppose)!
The wait was long, the food was cold, and the service was nonexistent. Since there was only one customer inside, there was no ambiance either.
Continuing to ignore your customers will really elevate your business!
This has become the norm for this location… so sad!

Complaint: food was made over fifteen minutes early and the chicken became very soft and not crunchy. Also, the sweet and sour chicken recipe does not taste the same anymore. Also, it was very difficult to actually get the meal remade. The manager was insistent on giving me a refund instead of giving me fresh food. This was the first time where I ever had to have food remade.

12/21/2017 update: This place is clean and well lit. The food is great and the service is good. They greet the customers when we walk in. Great location as well
This is a newer location. My family is a Panda Express aficionado so we know Panda! My son even gets gift cards to Panda for his birthday and for Christmas–that’s how much we Panda!

Every single table was dirty the food is not hot it tasted old and I watched somebody touch every single fork before they picked up one and the drinks tasted just like carbonated water, when the guy touched every single fork the employee watched him do it and did not do anything about it. I would not come here again. They also had a caution wet floor sign up but there is food all over the floor like it hasn’t been cleaned once today.

Didn’t receive a full order of the chili shrimp in my plate and I asked for half greens half rice and managed to give me all veggies I caught it before I drove off but when I got home realized I only had 4 shrimp in my plate (pictured..count it 4 shrimp!!!) called the manager I believe he said his name was Raul as I tried to explain my complaint I asked how many shrimp comes in the plate he said 7 I told him I paid an extra $1.25 for 4 shrimp but then he preceded to rush me off the phone said he was ‘busy’ too busy obviously to get my order right! then passed me off to another staff member…how unprofessional!
He offered to replace my plate but was very rude about it! The absolute worst customer service ever!!! If your staff made the mistake apologize and try to make it right don’t make excuses and then get upset because you’re being called out on it…need to take a class on customer service and how to treat your customers with respect! Without customers you have no job…remember that! Wait til the one in Wylie opens maybe they will have better trained staff!

They have THE worst customer service. I ordered just before going to work because I wouldn’t be able to leave once there. Asked them to PLEASE make my food fresh. My job is only 15 minutes from the place. Got to work and my food was so OLD. The rice tasted as if it had been burnt the meat was rubbery I called over 15 times (yes that many) & still no answer. Just a waste of peoples money and time going there. TRASH!

We ask for a Bowl of beef with Broccoli and another food by the time we come home there is only Broccoli no beef at all. They have the worst customer service ever.

Using hormone chicken chunks in the kung pao chicken. They use to be small cut pieces that were very flavorful now they are huge undercooked chicken thigh pieces. It was so horrible I spit it Right out my mouth. No flavor or spice just huge raw tasting chicken. Major health risk this will be my last time visiting this location.
