Terrible experience at Panda Express today. The server was super rude when I asked for more walnuts; she rolled her eyes. I stopped going here before because they always mess up my orders, give me the wrong food or leave out items, and refuse to refund or provide what’s missing. Won’t be back.

When I want Asian food, Panda Express is usually my first consideration. I particularly enjoy visiting this location because it’s always pretty clean, the food is always fresh, and hot. The staff here are friendly, pleasant and polite.

Now I order from Panda often, usually through my Uber eats app and it’s always been good except they never give you soy sauce. But today I ordered from their site and it was delivered through door dash, man this is the driest orange chicken I have EVER had. Barely a drop of the orange glaze. And the chicken hard. I am so mad. I usually get a bowl or regular plate but today I opted to get a bigger plate and now I’m mad. So disappointed!

One star never had any issue with any panda and this one just dont give a damn about there customers. Asked for the beef and broccoli but there was like 2 pieces of stake so I ask can I get a different scoop with more beef and not just broccoli and she said no she will get in trouble so I ended up not getting what I wanted and got a different meat which I think is BS panda is my favorite restaurant I guess its time to look for another place to get lunch everyday

just left the drive thru. asked for a bowl with half super greens and chow mein and teriyaki as the entree. the worker repeated my order and said “white rice and super greens with teriyaki” i corrected her and said super greens and chow lein and she fixed it on her end but guess what they gave me anyway? extremely annoyed, i can’t eat rice due to blood sugar so now i have to throw away half my bowl. thanks

Experience was decent, food was fresh and hot, my complain is really about how the cashier at the register by the name of Janet forgot to give me my receipt and according to the headline on the register, if the cashier doesn’t give said receipt at the end of the transaction, while still at the register, the plate and drink are then refunded. How are people expected to respond when it’s being advertised at the registered. She was done with my transaction and began to fiddle with the ipad beside the register. I reminded her to give me my receipt which she then then. A technicality yes, but an honest one at that. She took a minute to talk to Samuel, he really wasn’t sure either, when I inquired about where I could get more information, Samuel said I could probably find it on the Panda website after claiming that I still received it so they weren’t able to give me a refund and that what was advertised is similar to the cashier crushing and trashing my receipt. Nonetheless, I still ate it, but was left with the impression that lack of training is the root behind this. The event took place at 6:34 p.m. I don’t mean to be petty, but if they’re not going to abide by this, they should probably take it down due to false advertising. Janet then kept serving and after our incident she then started giving people their receipts.
