Will not accept allergy modification/ consideration. Said they “don’t take any requests for allergies.” My daughter is allergic to milk and Eggs. I ordered a meal that doesn’t have it inside but just want to be sure that they make a change of gloves. (Hispanic girl who answers the phone) won’t be ordering from here again.

I normally went to the one in Yukon, but since I live close to this location so I ordered from them (for the first and also last time). I ordered plate and bigger plate, but food was severed so little for the portion on both and tasted terrible (seemed like it was weeks ago and heavy on seasoning to cover it up). So disappointed cause I thought panda express should be the same quality from all locations but I guess I was wrong. I now only go to Yukon location, tastes good and get right with the portion.

Ordered through a delivery service (which I rarely do) and I made a mistake on it. Panda Express was 100% gracious and professional; helped me get my order straightened out. Food order was hot, correct and fresh at 2:30 pm. and all three team members were kind and helpful.

It was super quick drive thru, service was quick but blah attitude, food was bland, ordered a 3 entree plate, it was cold, small portions, veggies were crisp which I like but cold,no soy sauce in bag to go. Walked in. Waited 15 min to be served because they were making to go orders instead of serving customers in front of them. By the time I finally spoke up they took my order but most of the entrees were out. You’ll be better off ordering online apparently

When I place an order with a pick up time, I expect the food to be ready somewhat close to the pick up time seeing how I am ordering ahead to avoid waiting in a line. Poor customer serive is infuriating, you guys are also some of the highest paid “FAST” food employees in the US

I’ve been coming here since it’s opened with regularity. It’s a great restaurant with good, fresh and fresh- made food. However today they served half portions of everything I ordered. Usually when ordering a bigger plate is enough food for two people. But with half of what they usually serve, if it’s not weighed, you should charge a discount price for lunch portions not measuring up to full plates
