We tried out the new Panda Express in Russellville (they opened recently) we went in, to get our dinner to go. Service was fast and friendly and our food was good. I had orange chicken with noodles and I am happy to say the orange chicken was not overly sweet. Hibby has a sweet spicy chicken. Be sure to check them out.

I stopped in today 12/16 at around 5-5:30pm after doing some Christmas shopping. This was my first time to ever dine with Panda Express, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I walked in the front doors & was immediately greeted with a “welcome to panda!” The line was pretty long which is to be expected anywhere at dinner time, so I looked around while I waited for my turn to order. The lobby/tables were full of people enjoying their food, everything looked very clean & it was so colorful! I approached the area where we order our food & observed a very busy, but upbeat team on deck. There was a young man & a young woman who helped me get my food & another young lady who rang me up, they were all very friendly & helpful, as I really wasn’t sure what I was doing with that being my first experience in a Panda. I got my food to go which consisted of noodles, double orange chicken (I actually wanted beef and broccoli, but I was nervous and ordered wrong ) I took it out to my car to eat before I made the drive home. My noodles were cooked perfectly, not gummy or chewy at all like they can be at a Chinese buffet, my orange chicken was lightly crispy, hot & FRESHHH. It was so dang good. Thank you, Panda, I had a fantastic 1st experience with y’all & will definitely stop back by.

Both times, I went through drive-thru, and it was fast. Food quality has been consistently good. Friendly staff at the window are always smiling. Great option to the many burger places in town.

To be honest, I’m quite annoyed with the service I received on this occasion. I went and ordered a dish with rice, broccoli, and two side dishes,
and they charged me for a bowl without even asking me if that was the order I had placed. They charged me the full amount and handed it to me. I told them that wasn’t the order I had placed,
and they asked me what I had ordered, as if they hadn’t even taken note of my order in the system.
I ordered again, and in the end, they told me that since they had already charged me the previous total, they would add a soda to balance out the total of the new order I placed, as if it had been my fault that they took the order incorrectly and charged me without first asking if it was actually my order.
In other places, I understand that we’re all human, but they prioritize customer satisfaction over the business’s profit.
The customer is not first here,
because they added a non-existent soda to make up for their mistake.

This was a complete waste of money. What I received was nowhere near worth the price charged. Most of the items I needed were out of stock, which clearly shows poor inventory control and zero planning. To make matters worse, the meals were literally piled on top of each other with no concern for quality, presentation, or basic food handling. That is careless, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This wasn’t a minor mistake—it reflects poor management, low standards, and a clear lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone until management takes responsibility and fixes these issues.

I was so excited the Russellville was getting a panda express. Unfortunately this location is complete and utter trash. I’ve grown up eating Panda Express. I’ve been to probably a dozen locations in california, Denver airport, Fayetteville and Conway and various other places throughout the country this place consistently gives servings that are probably 30+% less than what they should be. They are constantly out of items. This location needs new management immediately.

Worst place in Russellville. Waited over 45 mins in the DRIVE THRU. And couldn’t even get out because all the traffic. Takes forever for someone to help you at the drive thru, even worse if you go inside cause they all just stand around and stare at you without offering ANY help. I’d never recommend them ever. They need to do better and be more helpful

Worst Panda Express i’ve been to. First off the staff is not welcoming and will look at you like deer in the headlights. If you want uncooked rice and not steamed this is your place. If you want Chow Mein with no flavor and dry this is your place. Broccoli was my favorite part of my meal

Meh. Ordered the plate with 2 entrees and 1 side. Looks like two half entrees and double the side. Chow mein noodles were very dry. I thought the menu said chicken breast in the entree but it was thigh meat. Other than that, I guess it was ok. I did eat some of the noodles before the photo.
