Usually the food I recieve from this location is at least hot and fairly fresh even through delivery apps, but I ordered from UberEats just about as soon as the location opened today and despite the food arriving quickly on a warm day everything I received was room temp, and the chow mein was dry and stale with dried out wilted veg. UberEats resolved my issue and refunded the order, although I called the location after to inform the manager of the issue as I thought maybe I had recieved low quality food as a result of an accident or oversight. The manager immediately dismissed the issue, said the food was fresh and became defensive. I advised him to just check the food prep and make sure everything was okay but he insisted it was all fine, and just said he was sorry and had me on my way.

Food sucked, service even worse. The girl serving food looked like she wanted us gone immediately. Denied a sample, aggressively kept asking “AND?” And “is that ALL?” To my older parents. I understand having bad days but at least try a little.. the food was less than decent. The noodles were dry and cut into pieces so small you couldn’t pick them up. The orange chicken had us questioning if they put the orange sauce on it and the pieces of the chicken were 99% breading. They had no cold bottle drinks and the soda machine is surrounded by wet dish towels. Napkins and cutley are behind the counter and they glare when you ask. My parents were both very disappointed as was I. Charley’s is the only saving grace of this mall. Going there next time, they deserve my business.

Food was tasteless and dry. Portions are small. Top of all, there was a worm in my broccoli! Just noticed it after I was almost done with my food. I felt so grossed out. There was no manager in place, which is bad. There should always be a manager in. A refund is not even enough to fix this. Just gross.

NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Horrible. We go to another PE every week with great service and food. Here it cost more and is half the size! I ordered and paid for 3 entrees but got the same amount of meat as my husband’s 2 entrees. You can see from the fork they use the smallest boxes possible. While the food tasted good, it was a bit on the cold side.

Went through drive through because you can’t go in and was told fired rice would take around 6 extra minutes. We said ok, no problem. Got home and had white rice and noodles.

Prices have increased for the plate. Also noticed that the amount of rice increased but the amount of entrees decreased. The food still tastes good.
The lady cleaning tables at the food court is odd. She stands there staring and seems to want you to hurry up and leave so she can clean the table.

I’m never, ever, EVER, going to this location again and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. Their service is sloppy and plain awful.
I ordered a plate & bigger plate, was told an item for the bigger plate had 5 more minutes to cook, no big deal. 5 minutes turns into 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and somehow 20 minutes turned into an hour! I consider myself a patient person, but it was ridiculous. After 30 minutes the girl behind the counter said “while the other item is being cooked we ran out of the chicken in your order and it’ll be another couple minutes”, which by that point I knew it was a bald-faced lie. It took 25 more minutes.
And the entire time the girl behind the counter kept going ” I’m sorry, 5 more minutes” and it got irritating – sorry does not fix your mistakes. I wasn’t even offered a drink, or an extra side, or even a coupon for having to sit there for an hour being lied to.
And finally after staring at them the girl behind the counter and had the gall to hold up a bag saying “is this yours?”, like, no one else was in line, I sure hope so! Wasn’t offered any sauces, had to ask if everything was there – turns out it wasn’t – and got another “sorry”. Made me mad so I left with the food. Turns out it was all still wrong.
Employees need better training, I work in food service with a bit more patience for other food service workers, and even I’m appalled. If I could give 0 stars I would.

2 cars in line in front of me in drive thru. After sitting for 28 minutes. 28! She tells me AT the window they don’t accept cash. What? No signs anywhere at Panda says this. It would have been nice to have a sign in the parking lot that says this. Not even a note on the drive-thru speaker or sign. Thats okay, taco bell took my cash, but the person really was looking forward to Panda.
