The amount of serving is probably half of what other chipotle serves. You’d still feel hungry after eating. More like an appetizer. Not worth 13 bucks for a kids portion. This is an online order btw.

Online, the hours are stated that the restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays. I ordered online and selected a pickup time of 8:50 p.m., well before closing hours. I got to the restaurant at 8:46 p.m., and as I was walking up to the door, an employee locked the door and told me they were closed. I told them I had an online order set for an 8:50 p.m. pickup time. The employee told me to wait outside as he went to check my order. He then came back, unlocked the door, and handed me my order through the partially opened door; then proceeded to close and lock the door again. I had no opportunity to grab napkins, utensils or any other things that I needed inside the restaurant. All business was conducted at the door, without allowing me to walk inside the restaurant. The service from this restaurant was absolutely horrible to say the least. I wish I could have given this review zero stars but there’s no way to do so on here. I will not be coming back to this Chipotle again.

Drive threw service is literally the worst! Don’t see the point of having a drive threw if they going to still make you wait 30 mins or more to get your food. Employees don’t even get close to the window to ask what you’re picking up. They’re in there just making everyone else orders but yours!

There was a long line of people waiting to place orders or to pick up orders. During this, there were 4 employees sitting in the lobby eating and doing nothing to assist the line. First of all, there shouldn’t be four employees on break at the same time,band certainly shouldn’t be eating in the same area where customers are waiting. There was no manager present. Very poor service.

Figured I would give this location a visit since it’s closer to my house. Normally go to the sand Creek/Brentwood Blvd location.
A young teenage boy helped us initially. Found out he’s a new hire. Very helpful young man. He listens. He ended up handing off our order to an older woman. Before he left, he made sure our order was handed off correctly, repeating the entire order to the woman. That woman, however, did not listen at all. She even replied with a certain attitude that service workers would leave at home. To be frank, the way she speaks comes off very rude.
Hats off to the young man. Keep it up. Don’t let your superiors personality rub off on you.

We got 2 burrito bowls, double meat. Both bowls were really large portions, even for a single scoop. I was surprised to see lower reviews after checking, but it’s our first time in. Hopefully it stays like this!
Food was good, chimichurri was a little oily. Overall pretty satisfied. Word of advice, double meat on carne asada is an almost $8 charge, double chicken was $4.5.
