Decent fast food style Chinese restaurant chain. We were there late night and they made our order fresh. Not bad overall, but if you are looking for real Chinese food we would recommend that you try a mom and pop place. Atmosphere is lacking character. Friendly staff. Very inexpensive with good portion sizes.

We got it for New Year’s. Was really disappointed the staff there was polite courteous. They had it ready for us quick. The noodles were not as good as they normally are. New York’s chicken same and the beef and broccoli it was. It was a pretty big letdown. I did find out for a little under $200. You can get a whole bunch of catering

Completely impressed during our visit yesterday for lunch. We were first time guest and told them so, they were so very nice & willing to explain how it works the process. And even have my kids samples to see what they liked the best. I was extremely happy with the service and food we receive. Our helper Kassie was really sweet and even asked how we like it at the end of our meal. Will be returning!

A good choice for people who are health conscious. A main staple for me when it comes to a huge meal for lower calories than most. Knowing the menu helps a lot with this. Getting super greens instead of noodles or rice helps a lot and subbing orange chicken with mushroom chicken or chicken teriyaki makes a huge portion for under 600 calories. A nice change compared to other fast food restaurants that have minimal low calorie options. The people are always helpful and kind. They sometimes may take 10- 20 minutes if you go past 7 pm. I love this restaurant.

I preface all of my reviews with the fact that I am a service and hospitality worker as well. Not trying to be a Karen on the internet, and I only write reviews when I find absolutely necessary, for the well being of others. I ordered a plate with beyond (vegetarian) orange chicken, and a side of beyond chicken. Immediately upon opening the plate I could tell it was real chicken. Disappointed but not surprised, and I am aware as a vegetarian that I need to double check my food. What threw me off COMPLETELY is that the orange chicken was MIXED with beyond (vegetarian) orange chicken. You can not only visibly tell the difference, you can also smell it when cut open. Not only is this a health code violation, is super disheartening to have real meat mixed with fake meat, as someone who doesn’t eat meat. I called and spoke with them and they offered a full meal replacement, the customer service on that end was fine, but wow what a way to kill someone’s appetite!

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a plate with orange chicken and benjin beef and chow mein , the lady on the drive through side didn’t even listen to me , at the window I asked her if she knows my order and she replied my order as I told her and asked to wait 5 mins for which I accepted. After 5 minutes she gave me these two plates. WHERE IS MY Food?

Walked into Panda Express Forsyth, IL. Ordered a to go order in person for my son and i. Time about 440pm. Everything went as usual. Cashier needed to step away from register for one reason or another. Not, 1 of the other 5 workers would ring me out to pay for food. I waited 5min, looking at our food. 2 others probably door dasher or something close, came in grabbed food and younger female scanned them out, all while i watched. Needless to say, i walked out with NO FOOD and extremely disappointed in their service today.

Stopped in when they opened at 11:00am but half their serving bowls were empty. Not a staffing issue with a total of 4 – 6 staff in the store. Customers told that it would be another 15 minute wait for all entrees to be ready. At 11:20 they still didn’t have everything prepared. Manager and front staff were the rudest food service personnel I’ve ever seen. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere to eat.

Food was good and the staff was nice but let the cashier know not to lick her fingers to open the bags and then grab peoples food with those same licked fingers and place it in the bag, and then tie the bag and hand it off to you! I don’t want her saliva on my bag nor food container.

The food portions are half the size as they use to be just a couple years ago. I paid $16 for food that did not fill me up. The restraint was loud and dirty staff was not friendly. I will never go to Panda Express again.
