The fried rice and shrimp with walnuts is really good. The only thing is the fried rice lacks flavor and I wasn’t given soy sauce so I had to actually go up and ask for sauce. I recommend you guys put all the sauces where they are available for everyone because I don’t wanna go up to the register every time I want more sauce. Also the vegetable rolls also lack flavor so I have to manually put sauce inside.

Usually my experience at any Panda Express is consistent and the food is good. However, today the food was not. Around 5ish today I ordered two bowls and unfortunately it was not good. Specifically the rice and the chow mein. I think the water is old or something is old because they tasted like old dishwater. The rice and chow mein is literally always perfect at any location at anytime, so trust me, writing this review is a SHOCK to me too. I know the location is new but not brand new like the surrounding restaurants. Maybe today was just an off day or an off time of survicw but I wanted to inform you all on the inconsistency.

The drive-through line can be long, but I always order online and then pick it up and I’ve never had an issue other than they forgot my fork one time and being a delivery driver that really sucked having to eat with my hands lol but the next time I went through, they gave me two forks one for my car I love how we can make light out of a situation. I’ve never had issues with the customer service and anytime something was forgotten. They would fix it immediately as with anything new in this town yes wait times will be extremely long when something first opens but again just try the online order ordering And you should be able to avoid the line completely!

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE, and it’s all because of Katelyn M., a.k.a. Sweet Pea!!!! She is one of the most hardworking and dedicated young women I have ever met. Her customer service is beyond top tier, and hunny, when I tell you she can make a bowl, a plate, or even a triple plate better than anyone I know, child, you will not go hungry!!!!! Katelyn, thank you sooo much for all your hard work, dedication, and amazing customer service! You’re absolutely awesome, GIRLLLLLLLLL!!!!!

The store manager is always on top of everything every time I come in! He’s super friendly, and the employees are great too. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The only downside is that there’s just one female and one male bathroom. Overall, this is an excellent Panda Express location!

Dine in went well everytime I’ve gone, however everytime I have gone through the drive thru something is missing or incorrect. The receipt has it right but order in bag is wrong. I understand getting a little confused or flustered when things are busy but the last two times I’ve gone through the drive through it’s been slower. (only one other car.) Need more hands in the kitchen or a better shift lead or drive thru to be retrained.

Food was great, service was ok, and the seating situation is terrible not enough tables for people to sit and eat at. There was 1 table open as we were getting our food in line we were planning to sit there and eat and a woman came in with her husband they still had 5 people in front of them so she goes outside comes in the other way and takes the last table. Im sure by the time she would have gotten her food there would have been another table open. But her greediness caused us to have to leave take our food home to eat then go back out for errands. I can’t believe this panda was built so small for Edwardsville illinois thats crazy.
