Waited 14 minutes trapped in the drive-thru line behind 1 car, because they had a ‘kitchen problem’. They handed me my food sideways so the greens drained into the bag, wetting the eggroll bag and the eggrolls and they promptly fell out the back end onto the floor- they were cold, soggy and obviously burnt anyway. meat was warm, greens cold. $18 for this, will not be back for a long time. They should have sent the lady in front of the line holding us up to the front of the restaurant to wait in her car and let the rest of us get our meals. 4 cars left the line and 2 people parked and came back with their meals before we even moved in the line. At that point the manager should have compted our meals to anyone who had ordered and was trapped in line. .

My ol lady and I came to this location and bought the beef bowl and orange chicken bowl… they barely gave us any meat (the main course of the meal) and the bowl was practically all rice (which was the driest rice we’ve ever had). Not just that we ordered crab rangoon and it was smashed up with almost no filling in them. We also ordered 2 cokes which were only halfway filled. For the price of this place and the service/food provided I think we will go ahead and skip this location moving forward.

They emailed me a coupon for buy one get one 50% off, so I used it for two entrees this afternoon, and now I am sick. The rice and rangoons were cold and the broccoli beef tasted fishy. The crab rangoons were also burnt. I haven’t gone there for quite some time. I’ll never go there again. I should have known better, my previous visit wasn’t all that good and this one was awful. They used to be great a few years ago, not sure what’s going on with them now. I’ll stick to Chinese in Morton.

Believe it or not this was actually my first time going to Panda express! My son invited me so I went along! I don’t typically have Chinese food so it was a new experience for me. The smell was a little bit strong when walking in I’m guessing it’s kind of like a vinegar smell or maybe soy sauce or something. We ordered the original spicy chicken with fried rice, crab rangoon, and the new Apple egg rolls. Not going to lie the apple dessert was my favorite! I did enjoy the rice and the chicken together, it was actually quite tasty. I just tried not to focus on the smell. Not that it’s a bad smell it’s just a little strong for me that’s all, I’m not used to it. The customer service was good, everyone was polite, and the restaurant was clean. I thought that the circle booth in the center of the restaurant was a nice touch. I didn’t get a picture of it because there was a family sitting there, but that was a pretty cool feature. I like that they give fortune cookies it’s always fun to read those. There is a possibility that I may be back, I just need to warm up to it that’s all. Thank you for the hot and ready fresh food and the buy one get one free on the app!

I was welcomed and greeted with a smile when I first walked in. You get a lot of food for around $10 plus tax. The food was great, this place looks spectacular on the inside, very clean when I dined in and cute floral decorations when you take your seat.
Service was very calm, polite and terrific.
Great place!!

Ordered on the app last night ahead of time. As I’m driving as I live 15 mins away, I get the notification it’s done. So I go in, pick it up and drive back home. When I open my box, just rice. Only rice. I call and ask if I can get a refund over the phone because i don’t want to run back at 9pm. They said they can’t and that I need to come in. So I asked if I could come in today and do it. They said yes and that that would leave a notice for the manager today regarding the information. Not only did they NOT do that, they said they don’t even have a manager here to do it. Absolutely livid.

Normally I don’t have a problem with this location, but tonight sealed the deal for me with Panda Express altogether. I get to the drive thru window and two of the employees were arguing instead of taking care of the customers. It took about a minute and a half before one other employee came to the window and gave me my food. I got a BOGO free plate one with chow mein, honey (premium item) and one with two different sides of chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was terrible. I took one bite and spit it out. It was mushy and cold. The portion size was not great for it being a premium item. The chicken one, the teriyaki one was ok, but the chicken with the green beans was cold. Portion size was ok. Also, I had a piece of plastic in the chow mein. How appetizing… and no fortune cookies. I would’ve returned both, but that another 15 min drive, making my overall trip to and from Panda Express an hour drive on an empty stomach. The Peoria location is no better. They have become one in the same and I most definitely will not be back to any of the Panda Express restaurants.

This location needs a bit of work ngl. Their chow mein has no flavor and is quite dry compared to any other location I’ve been to. It seems something is always broken (not the workers’ fault) and they skimp you on your main course if you go through the drive thru (is the worker’s fault) which is annoying when I’m paying over $10 for barely anything. I was so excited to have a panda Express in my town, but now I’m just so disappointed.
