Very late to this lol, but new restaurant El Gallo in Hudson Falls is DELICIOUS … old irish pizza was on south street called Taco King Jalisco.

In search of authentic street tacos brings us here. Definitely Yummy, certainly authentic Street style tacos. Fresh corn tortillas loaded with tender lightly seasoned bite size pieces of beef topped with chopped onions and cilantro with a guacamole side. What more could you ask for? All served with complimentary chips and salsa.
Service was provided by the owner who has it all down to a science.

Update. . . My last visit was not as positive as my previous visits .
Chips and salsa were no longer offered with your meal for free and the beef in the steak tacos seemed to be gray and chewy. We also asked for a chili relleno and was given a very dry shredded chicken filled pepper without cheese. It was flavorless and very dry and not what I ordered. Sadly No Consistency. We haven’t been back.

This family owned restaurant serves delicious authentic Mexican food. Don’t let outside appearance or location stop you from trying this place out. Carnitas is seasoned well, I tried Avocado tacos and loved them. This is also kid friendly, for my non Mexicanfood eating child. He had chicken fingers and fries and loved them. Best part was dessert, yummy and soft churros served with chocolate. We had to order seconds. All for a very reasonable price. A sweet gem, just a bit tucked away. Had a wonderful first visit! Staff were personable and attentive. The space was relaxed and clean. I ordered the Pollito en Chipotle – flavorful. Chicken was cooked just right. Comfort in a dish . My husband ordered a taco special – the beef was tender. The sauces that accompanied it were balanced and by far, the best tacos we’ve enjoyed in the area! Not pictured were the churros and hot chocolate- a great way to end the meal.

The positive reviews for Lazy Duck are on point! Went in for lunch. Server was so kind! I tried avocado tacos, chicken quesadilla, chips n salsa, and a duck burger to go for hubby. Super fresh and flavorful in every bite. Can’t wait to go back.

This place is DELICIOUS. Friendly staff, authentic fresh quality Mexican food with a mix of some American favorites. Also delicious baked breads and treats. Some great Oaxaca style Mexican food! Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Yeah you can get burritos and tacos, but why would you when you can have cactus and breaded avocado? The staff is great too!

I still can’t believe that this amazing place exists so close to home! After the premiere of “Sustos ocultos de Frankelda” in the US on October 24th I found out what Pan de Muerto was and many other Pan Dulce. low and behold I found Lazy Duck Cafe when I was googling. Let me tell you the sheer excitement I had when I immediately saw their Pan Dulce rack with none other than Pan de Muerto as well as Conchas and many others. 10/10! The Pan Dulces were all amazing and for a steal! Definitely amazed at such a bargain for 5 incredible and very large breads! The cashier was very nice, the inside was very cozy and will 100% be returning!

Absolutely fresh, delicious and authentic Mexican food! The chips and guacamole alone are worth the visit, and the shrimp tacos were also excellent. I can’t wait to return and try more of the menu!
